About Me

I've been a roadie on the Los Angeles circuit for 15 years. I have my line of Rock N' Roll lighters that I produce for my bands. I archive everything including pictures, flyers, set lists, merch and more. You name it and I'll have it. Hell, I might have made it to sell at the shows.Ames Flames Evil? My name was "James," but I smoked the "J". "Flames" was my Betty Blowtorch name, and serves as a tribute to Bianca Butthole. I'm also known as "The Keeper of the Torch," my historian nickname. "Evil" is a tribute to Rob Graves and 45 Grave and is one of my favorite songs! My Duchess DeSade nickname was "The Naughty Messiah." That was my first full time roadie gig. "Roadie to The Stars" was given to me by Falling James of the Leaving Trains, on the sidewalk on Sunset in front of Exene's shop You've Got Bad Taste. br
