Ummm, I tend to read 3-5 books at the same time...strange, I know. But one of my favorites is Motherless Brooklyn by Jonathan Lethem. It's about a "low-man on the totem pole" mobster that has Tourette's Syndrome. It's written from his perspective and it's a great read!
