Birthplace: I was born in San Juan, the Capital of Puerto Rico. Not Mexico. I have nothing against Mexicans, they're really nice people, but I'm a total Boriqua, well...technically half of one. My mom is Puerto Rican and my Dad is from Ohio. He met my mom when he was on vacation and stayed for a while. We moved to Ohio when I was 15. My Dad is a truck driver and my hero; he owns his own eighteen wheeler and even bought one for two of my brothers to share. Now they go on long hauls too. I live in a two bedroom apartment with my son, Manuelito, across the street from my parents. My cousins live two blocks away, and my older brother lives in the same cul de sac. It's a blessing we all live so close because they all take turns watching my little baby. I can go on and on about my family, they're awesome... oh, and I'm not Dominican either!
Favorite Foods: I don't subsribe to this "Gringa - I gotta loose ten pounds in an hour" way of thinking. I'm into my mom's cooking... Arroz con Pollo, Arroz con Gandules, Arroz con Tocino, Arroz Mamposteao, and for dessert Arroz con Dulce. Anything with rice is good for me. Not to mention my cousin, Mercedes, makes some mean empanadas. I like barbeque food too. I like to get the best Chinese Eggplant I find at the store and just soak it in some salt water, rinse them, and grill those puppies up on the hibachi I have outside of my apartment.
Favorite Movies: Titanic, The Body Guard, The Notebook, Confessions of a Pit Fighter, Exit Wounds...really anything with Steven Seagal in it
Favorite Music: I love Reggaeton!! Big Mato, Daddy Yankee, El General, Boriqua Boys, Celine Dion, and the Pussycat Dolls
Hobbies: I like watching cage fighting on Pay Per View. Anything with mixed martial arts. My favorite are the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fighters, they're lean mean grappling machines!!
