Sup people...Faith is the topic of this weeks scripture. Faith without actions cannon be called faith. "Faith without actions is dead" and a dead faith is worse than no faith at all. What good is it if a man claims he has faith, but takes no action? Can this faith save him? Suppose a friend is without clothes or daily food, if one of you says to him "Go, i wish you well, take care, keep warm, and well fed" but doesn't give him money to buy food, or old clothes to wear, what good is it? In t he same way, faith by itself if not accompanied by action, is dead.
Faith must work, it must produce, it must be visible. Verbal faith is not enough, mental faith is not enough. Faith must be there, but it must be more. It must inspire action. Faith endures trials. Trials come and go, but a strong faith will face them head on and develop endurance. Faith understands temptations. It will not allow us to give in to our lust and slide into sin. Faith obeys the word. It will not just hear and not do. Faith produces doers. Faith harbours no prejudice. Faith displays itself in actions.Faith is mor ethan just words. It is more than just knowledge. It's demonstrated by obedience. Faith controls the tongue. This small but powerful part of thr body must be held in check. Faith can do it. Faith acts wisely. Faith provides us with the ability ot resist the Devil, and humbly draw near to God. Finally, faith waits patiently for the coming of the Lord and through troubles and trials, it stifles complaining....

The seriousness of childabuse is too often overlooked. Many people do not realise that all around them children are gettin abuse in some way or form, and its often closer than they think. Abuse can take place in mnay different forms. There's physical, emotional and sexual abuse, bullying, neglect and domestic violence. Abuse is always wrong. It is never the young person's fault. It can be difficult for a child to talk about their feleings and what's happenng in their lives. It is important to take the right approach if you suspect a child is being abused, please don't overlook it.
