So let me drop the spill on myself to you…
I live in Canada, and reside within the City of Toronto. I was always into art so constantly sketching became something normal to me. As I got older I wanted to explore other mediums and guess what? Graffiti decided to knock on my curiosity door back in 1995. I was inspired by other crews like TCM, TDV & C3. It was from that point that I decided to stick and learn graffiti.
It is safe to say that majority of my work is a reflection of my personality. I am known to break rules; even the ones that graffiti expects me to follow, so most of my artwork shows a sense of rebelliousness. In many ways it’s this attitude that gave birth to my artistic identity. Along with dedication to my work, I have been able to say I seen and experienced many culture shocking moments in my life. I been through all the 416 Graff Expos, all the Style in Progress events and painted with unbelievable artists.I done work for city projects, been in several seminars about graffiti, participated in documentaries, have been seen on MTV, CITY TV, GLOBE, CNN, TORONTO SUN, TORONTO STAR, GLOBE AND MAIL, independent documentaries and now You Tube. Also my work has been seen in magazines such as Under Pressure, Pound, and Shameless to just mention a few.
I cannot front it’s a trip; my only advice I can give to anyone who finds art challenging is keep yourself rooted and focused man. Forget the drama and all that B.S that comes with it, just enjoy the ride man. I have encountered both good and bad times, but because of that I have great memories. That’s my quick 411.
