About Me

Quiet songs, accompanied by such instruments as guitar, ukulele and banjo, that's what its mainly about. Writing these songs, Simon Usaty - member of the band kes - has tried to focus the compositions on their essential statements, to somehow get to the point (if there's such a thing in music). The overall mood, accordingly, is quite emotional. The musical style of protestant work ethic could be called folk or pop. And, there's some blues, too.

So far, one album was recorded, using only acoustic instruments. Performing live, Simon sometimes plays solo, sometimes with a band, thus adding new elements to the songs.
