Currently:
I’ve been back in Atlanta over a year now and things are really good. I’m back working in IT. It’s a great company with good people running it and talented people making it work. I’m making great progress there and have moved to a new position 4 months in. I’m also in the shed writing some new songs and playing with The Hired Gun Band and Electric Codpiece. The rest of the time I hang around with some of the best friends of my life and we have a blast. We’re all happy and dong well. If there’s music happening we’re probably there or part of it. We have the real deal family vibe going on.
When I’m not in front of a computer. I’m working with Stop Drop and Roll, Zebulon Bowles, Justin Powell, Chroma, and TOYTV. I also help other and up and coming bands and musicians however I can. I'm always on call for any of old The Codetalkers and Col. Bruce Hampton. Once you get in you never get out! I'm definitely in it for the cause and I love the vibe going on and direction it’s all heading in.

I help these artists first and foremost because they are friends and we have an established trust and common goals. They have the talent, material, performance, and most of all the right musical and personal intentions.
I work for these bands continuously and I ask for nothing in return. I contribute for the causes because I believe in these artists and being a musician myself I understand them. Learning the music industry from Col. Bruce Hampton and Bobby Lee Rodgers (combined 67 years on the road), as well as, many other greats in the business taught me all aspects of running a band, the stage, the road, touring, the personalities, and most of all the life.
Most of all I learned nobody makes it or keeps it alone in this business. I keep my values and standards as high as the ones I was held up to and I work professionally and honestly. I have a very low set number of bands/artist I'll work with at a time because I know from experience that it takes constant detailed attention to the business of managing a band. I believe in quality over quantity and I work hard for the people I’m behind. I give them the time and space required to let the artist be the artist and stay focused on the music.
Atlanta's Good Time Party Band! Great Vibes, High Energy, throw down and dance your ass off band. It's impossible to have a bad time when this band is on stage. Jay and Scott Mecredy and I go back almost 2 decades and are truly two of the best friends of my life. They are living their dreams and I am glad I'm not only there to see it happen but, to also help make it continue. Jeff, Richie, Zebulon, and Justin are family to me as well. This band is on the upswing with each gig being better than the last.

Zebulon Bowles
Zebulon and I met a long long time ago at the Brandy House. We both were playing in The Michael Houser Tribute Band with Jeff Mosier and Count M'Butu. We've been great friends ever since. He is currently playing with Stop Drop and Roll and recently completed a Tour with Big & Rich. Recently living in Nashville, TN Zeb is now living in Atlanta. You can hear him on the new Delta Moon CD "Clear Blue Flame" performing "Money Changes Everything" with the man who wrote the song, Tom Grey. He also is playing on a track with Diane Durette on her new CD and with Ike Stubblefield's on his new one. In addition to the 15 years of classical training on the violin, he is also proficient at playing the mandolin, piano, guitar, bass, banjo, and viola. Zeb's life time of hard work is coming full circle now. He is showing why he is one of the best up and coming musicians in the industry.

Justin Powell
Justin Powell, originally from Destin, Fl, resides in Atlanta, GA and has become a fixture on the local and regional music scene. His lengthy musical education, natural talent, and stage presence all comes across in his energetic performances and creative song writting. I met Justin through Stop Drop and Roll and we were instant brothers. This guy has a really bright future and he has quickly become a well known Bass players in Atlanta. Currently he is playing with Stop Drop and Roll, The Donna Hopkins Band, The Hired Gun Band, The Diane Durrett Band, and The Fly Brothers. He was also recently on tour with Indigo Girls and Three5Human. Justin is also working on some side projects, recording sessions, and writting new songs all the time. I met Loren, Alex, Adam, and Ariel when I was in Jacksonville and fresh off the road. They asked me to be their road manager and I offered instead to teach them the road and help them become a touring band. They definately have what it takes to be a top touring band one day. This is an extremely talented group of musicians paying their dues. It's hard to believe it's been 2 years now that we've been working together. They now tour the East Coast with a new CD on the way and have come along way very fast. All schooled musicians that are also extremely professional and organized. PLEASE ADD THEM AS A FRIEND. We are rebuilding their page after a hijacking and we don't use any type of Friend Adder by choice.
States Toured: New York, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida.
Their last stop in Atlanta @ Fuzzy's Place went off great. The next night with Stop Drop and Roll was phenominal. Lots of new friends, lots of great memories, and of course lots of incredible jams. Chroma is back in Philly now working on their new album and planning their fall tour.
It's a Crazy Busines and an Insane World. I'm there for every Codetalker past, present, and future anytime they need me. The Music is what it's all about.
