About Me

Singing in church at around the age of 3 was just the beginning of a life meant for music which would include every style, every genre and venues in North America, Canada and The Ukraine for the Mom of the Jazz. During childhood and early teen years the strong foundation of experience and dicipline of traveling and performing throughout the US and Canada as one of the first female horn players at the time with a Drum and Bugle Corps. was a great foundation for picking up the trumpet at the age of 36 and performing within the professional music community of Nashville, TN as well as out of the USA as part of a music and medical mission. Until recently since relocating to Western Pennsylvainia a few years ago writing, studio work, weddings, benefit concerts and leading contemporary music worship services for Christian churchs has been the music focus of the Mom of the Jazz. Now it is her great blessing to enjoy music from beyond the stage as she steps aside to support The Jazz and mentor her as she grows as a professional musician."; I edited my profile at Freeweblayouts.net , check out these Myspace Layouts!

PROMOTE LIVE MUSIC!!

Music:

Classical and Sacred, Show Tunes and Big Band all influenced by her parents who were both musically gifted. Older siblings added more "vinyl to the foundation" in the form of classic rock, blues and soul, but it was the influence of her brother's Jazz guitar playing that drew MOTJ to the heart of the music style she would fall so in love with. Though Country & Gospel greats became a huge part of the music foundation during life in Nashville, the past 5 years of diving into a deeper pool of Jazz, Bop & Blues has been a refreshing reward of the musical journey thus far....and the adventure continues.
