My name is Denise Elstrødt, someone that learnt in time to always follow my heart, the road that lead me to the point where i am at now.
Poetry and art is one of my biggest outlets in life where love is the cornerstone and my muse. I will post most of my work here on MySpace, unedited and raw.
I started writing to carry out my frustrations, the happiness and pain that i felt, trying to keep things as real as they are. By trying to remain pure, the poetry would reflect that feeling. Not comparing myself to all the poetry filosofers and brainbreakers on the internet and in real life, but just by staying myself, not trying hard, just following my intuïtion.
At a point in time, i will filter out all my work and bring it all together into one book.
In the past, love has brought me an enormous amount of pain, penetrating right through my body and deep into my soul, but now i am recovering and truly feel that this love will bring me all the happiness in the world and forfil all of my dreams.
Music is part of me, my medicine, my refuge...my life.
