"Being the son of a preacher was hard growing up. My family and I moved all over the East Coast before we took root in Savannah, Georgia; there, I realized my passion for music. Moving around so much as a kid really shaped how I view life and how I listened to music. It was my only outlet a lot of times; especially since I was always the new kid at school. I ended up playing in a couple high school bands before I decided to hit the road and try to make a living. I guess that's where I am now."
