Melissa has been practicing yoga and meditation for more than 20 years. Her classes are geared for everyone from beginners to advanced students. With many opportunities for you to take a first step or delve deeper into your practice. The classes emphasize the spiritual as well as the physical aspects of the tradition. Just as Yoga’s 5,000 year old history is rooted in both. Melissa blends the essential aspects of many yoga traditions, with a sense of humor, creating an integrated practice. She is also the creator of the CD "Meditations for the Restless."It is Melissa’s fundamental belief that it is essential to pause and reflect upon where we are in our lives and where we want to go. The guided meditations in “Meditations for the Restless” allow us to pause and tune into our inner wisdom, dreams and desires.Meditations for the Restless provides a sanctuary for healing and renewal. Cant be good!!)2 Cups Olive Oil (good stuff) 1-1/12 Cups of Red Vinegar 4 Tablsp Dijon Mustard 2 tsp minced GarlicKeeps one monthBars 1 Cup of Whole Wheat Flour 3 Cups of Rolled Oats (sometimes I substitute one cup of Uncle Sam Toasted Whole-Wheat Flakes & Flaxseed) 2 tsp of Cinnamon 1 tsp of Baking Soda ½ tsp of Sea Salt 2/3 Cup of Maple Syrup 2/3 cup of Olive Oil or your favorite for baking 1 tsp VanillaSpread into greased glass 2 Quart Baking Dish350 degrees 25 minutesEnjoy
