About Me

Odd, born feb. 5th 1972 in Øvre Årdal, started writing music round the age of fifteen. Odd was signed to Emi Music from mid 1990s until 2001 when they parted ways. The collaboration resulted in the Spellemannspris-nominated album "Mind your head". The first single from that album, "Heroine", got high rotation on radios in Norway and received critical acclaim. Odd, having completed the album in Sweden together with up and coming producer Ronald Bood(Mando Diao, The Plan etc), went on to assemble a ferocious band in his native Norway. They toured for months in support of the album and earned a reputation as a kick-ass live-act. 'In 2005, now with Frode Records out of Oslo, Odd released their second album "Not all birds fly with ease". The album has gone on to be released in several european countries, and Odd has played several dates in Holland of late, where the single "Human traffic" was well received by radio and the public alike. Odd has written songs with several songwriters over the years. Marie Claire D'uBaldo(Arg), Frid(N), Ken Rose(USA), Dilba(Swe) to name but a few."Thank you for lending an ear to my stories" Enjoy Odd

This Space.

I feel inadequate. I haven't the time to update my space or show you new music. I end up trying to ignore that I care. Trying to hide my ambitions under inactivity and focussing on other things. OdD...
