Draum

It all started back in the early 90’s. The name back then was Shade and the project entered the scene of mp3.com. Creating everything from electronic to pop and rock’n roll the heat was on and so was the response. The first and only album under the alias Shade was named (This Freaks Illusion) and sold pretty well in USA, UK and Arabian countries. One of the songs that was not on the album but possible to download from the site was used twice in an Australian sport program called Snow Show that aired on Eurosport. After a little over a year too many artist had more or less copied the name Shade on mp3.com so it was seriously time to change. That’s when the name Draum came along, ironically enough from a dream.(Draum=Dream).Draum has been like a child growing and sometimes it deserved more attention than it got. In-between all this there was a Prince band called GlamSlam and for a little while a rock band called Cyphre. It was all good and a lot of fun but it made the focus on Draum fade. Now it’s all about Draum and the creations within it. So feel the tension.. The anger..The light and darkness that make Draum what it is today.
