I have combined all my favorite styles together to create the unique sounds of “Kanday”.My background: I was born in San Francisco California, raised in Richmond California. I come from a long line of singers and entertainers. My family would perform at gatherings and reunions. As a small girl, I fell in love with singing. Over the years, my vocal skills have grown. I was always very shy and had problems speaking in front of large crowds. However, as I got older I was able to shake that fear and rise to any occasion.My education: Vocal training from The God Father Rankin Scroo. I was the lead in the school chorus in high school. (Performing at small concerts around the school district.) I am also a choreographer. 3 years training at Contra Costa College with Mrs. Debra Vaughn. Tough hip-hop class at The East Bay Center for the Performing art in Richmond California. Alice art center in Oakland California with Corey advanced hip-hop. I have also performed with different local artist around the bay such as: The Big Bang Theory, Rankin Scroo and Ginger, True n Deed, Don Cisco, Silk-E, The Piper, Caution Dance Company,In the near future, I see my self on stage performing doing the thing I love to do most of all entertaining! So look out for Kanday I will be doing my thang until it cant be done any more.
