My Interests

I love to read that is my #1 favorite past time. I also do cross stitch, I want to learn how to do quilting. I like to do crafts and creating different things. I like to cook some what. I have been on a diet for just over a year and have lost alot of weight. That is why you dont see any pics of me BEFORE that faithful day when I finally took control of my life. LOL Another favorite past time is my family. We try to do things together but it is hard with the boys being so far apart in age. What one wants to do the other usually doesn't. But we do have some common ground. We all enjoy going to museums, plays, Cirque du Soleil, renaissance festival and of course we cant forget the theme parks. LOL I am all for Disney World !!!!! Books:

I collect the Shilhouette Desire series ( have just about all of them) and I love to read books from Christine Feehan, Diana Palmer, Sherrilyn Kenyon, Julie Garwood, Nalini Singh just to many to count... Reading is my upmost favorite past time. It is hard for me to read a book and then give it up so I decided a long time ago to start keeping them. I am so glad that I did. You cant imagine how many times I have went back to reread a book and enjoy it like it was the first time. My hubby complains (jokingly) that when I read I am totally engrossed in the book. Which is very true. I dont see or hear anything that is going on around me. I am at that time on a wonderful journey that the author has decided to take me on. I absolutely love novels that are series and just within the last year or so I started reading paranormal romance. I fell in love with the first book (Dark Secret by Christine Feehan) and within a year I have found other writers that are along the same lines. I love hearing about other authors and their books, so if you know of any... drop me a line and let me know. If you want to talk about a favorite author... I will gladly join you. Heroes:

My Dad :) As I get older I understand more all the why's of life. I finally understand!!! My Mom :) For always being there for us kids.
