I have an unyielding fascination with wolves and I have since the age of 3. They are beautiful, majestic, gentle and the sweetest creatures I have ever come to know. If ever you get the chance to make a bond with such a creature, the wolf will hold that bond until the very end so long as you never betray it. They are the most loyal of beings, and I am happy to say I had the chance to have that bond a long time ago. I love these creatures. And before you judge or make ridiculous jokes, it does not mean I live forever or go around wearing black while sucking blood and causing chaos. All though I cannot say that I do not have a weakness for Anne Rice, or the old world vampire. I do. But all It simply is, is an energy deficiency. A leak in the aura if you will. (Just to put it into laymen terms) It means I draw extra energy from the people, nature, moment, I am surrounded by, to make up for the Sufficient energy/chi I happen to lack. It is called "Psychic Vampire" only because it mimics that of "sucking blood" to gain life. People who are Psychic Vampires "suck energy" to gain chi (Life). And you can think it to be silly, thats fine. But do you see me judging you...? Are you ever around a certain person, who seems to just "drain" energy from you? Make you tired? Or just exhaust you? Well then... You have had the chance to meet a Psychic vampire. =) But this does not mean that the person in standing knows that this is what they are. You do not have to know you are one, to be one. So don't go about asking them, you might look silly. Only a select few actually know what its called. And you have to be a little interested in metaphysics to even step foot into being curious. All of this being something I have put a fair amount of time and effort into learning and researching over quite a many years now. So I guess you can say that I am well educated on the matter. I just never bring it up due to small minded people. And if you are one, why are you still reading? If you actually want to "learn" about this, read the Psychic Vampire Codex, by Michelle Belanger. That is of course... If your mind is kind and open enough to want to explore such regions outside of the "norm".Im a night owl. For those of you who do not know what that means, it means that I am more active during the night. More in tune with myself, if you will. I have many more creative thoughts at night, as apposed to the day.I feel as though nothing is rushed at night. Youre home, no hurried traffic, no Places to go people to meet. Usually all of your chores and daily activities are done by this time, things are just mellow and quiet. Just knowing that the majority of the people in the city I live in, or at least in the complex in which I reside; are asleep or just calm and serene, makes the whole entire atmosphere around me more sound.So in a sense, that doesnt really explain why I am so Alive at night. Since I just stated quite the opposite going on. Something to do with energy I suppose. Daylight is just so fast paced. Everyone you look at including yourself, are waiting for something. For the light to turn green, to get off work, for the line to go faster. Not much of that goes on during the night. Everyone is still. Theyre done waiting.And if it is happening, its not in such vast quantities as it is in the day. I guess I can feel the difference in the number count. Even when you walk outside at night, things seem more focused. More vivid. Daylight never seems to be paying attention, as night fall seems to gleam with watchful eyes. If you think about it, everything is painted towards night. Night clubs, the night life, Parties, sex and so forth. Granted. Sex in the day, yes. But when do you really feel most connected while engaging in such intimate enlightenment...?Its at night. The energy around you is at its high, during this time. But at night you are at a low stand point. You feel relaxed. Calm. Tranquil-like. Romanticism is best done at night. Ever had that giddy feeling of wanting to say something to someone on a whim, or just having a great idea and it all coming to you after dark?And by the time morning comes, you wonder what you were thinking to of ever thought such things to begin with? I tell you its the energy. It can make you do crazy things... Its rather difficult to explain, really. I guess to understand it fully, youd have to understand my point of view...I enjoy people watching. The best place to go for this, is Fremont street. Now mind you, I never really ever go there. But the few times I have were quite amusing to say the least. The last time I went, I was with my best friend Jen. The tourists seem to flock there, like bugs to a zap light. How the flickering lights of down town Vegas, amuse them enough as to where they all bring cameras and buy T-shirts with the VEGAS! logo on them.Wearing their fanny packs, and glowing light pins that flash off colors of red and gold. The clinking of the coins hitting the bottom of the slot machines, seem to put them into a hypnotic state of mind, to play more and lose more. But were immune to the lights and glitz. Much like if youve been bitten one to many times by something poisonous. Or how a vampire is immune to the nights darkness. It just doesnt affect you anymore.You grow an immunity to it. You get used to it. We know better. For we are Immune. I read a good friends point of view not to long ago. And there was a part that said something along the lines of: I like to watch the crowd. But I am not part of it. And Id like to say that I feel very much the same myself.*~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Now me..... Personally...~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~*I've got a hippie name. If you do not know it, My name is Jewel.*Im a jealous person. Sometimes it gets the better part of me. But the ones who know and love me, know that it stems from good intent. My jealousy means no harm, really. If you ever come into contact with it? Just label yourself special enough to gain it. Not everyone gets to experience this side of me, only the ones I love.*I love River Phoenix. Hes made a lasting impression on me that will last throughout the entire span of my life...*I take full responsibility for all of my actions. And if I dont its a rare moment.*I love the Renaissance era, and all to do with it. There for, I go to Ren fair...*I am in love with all Celtic music.....*I find shear enjoyment in the sound of a wolf's howl. I find it to be the most serene yet melancholy sound to grace the ears. Its my other favorite sound besides Celtic music...*I also fancy the sound the Loon makes.*My favorite instrumental sound (Aside from Celtic) Is the Violin. Its my rendition of what beauty would be, if you could not see... But only hear it.*I like to please others but only to the extent of which I am comfortable. In other words, I am not as much of a push over as I used to be. I like to make others happy and I like to help with peoples problems and so forth, if they come to me with them. I tend to give them all I can and if they want it, they'll use it. Its ultimately up to them and how much help they are willing to let in. I wont push, so to speak.*If you talk to me, I'll listen intently and give you my undivided attention and mean it.*If you show respect for me, Ill show it for you ten fold.*If you befriend me and mean it, Ill be your friend until the stars burn out. Its hard to find genuine people to burn out for. Hence why I have few friends. I can count them on one hand -- but at least I can count on them.*I love my family, fiancé friends. And I consider my friends family as well. I am loyal and I love forever. If I love you, beware. Youre stuck with me.*When I get mentally bruised or cut, it takes a long while to heal. If not at all. It is up to your mind if it wants to let go and heal things such as that. This is true. But it was also up to your mind to make you feel so deeply to begin with. So in retrospect, your mind has to be that much stronger than when it was when it made you feel. I will admit I am weak in that aspect. My mind healed a wound I used to have. But only because I got back what cut it to begin with. Now Im happy. Healed.*I hope that made sense.*I am eclectic, to a certain degree. I enjoy my alone time as much as my social time. I could never go with out either.*I love rain storms. They give me a feeling of being "wild".
