In the early 90's Trish, Andy & David decided to sit around and start writing music the way we wanted. Hence Spank was born. Unfortunately, there was already a Spank in California so we took a hint from the UK bands with the same problem over here and adjusted the name to Spank US. After about 6 months Punch came along and Spank US became a thriving force. Shortly thereafter, Trish had to relocate to Oklahoma and Spank US was now a trio. Spank US continued throughout the 90's as an electronic pop outfit. At the end of the 90's, the members of Spank US wanted to go a different route musically and Spank US just ended there and then. The members of Spank US went on through multiple bands... Tenacious Parallelogram, Liza Crisis and The Killer Shrew just to name a few.
