Welcome to my page...Thank you for stopping by:Please sign my guestbook below.
My intentions of being here is to make friends. So let me tell you somewhat about myself. I do hope you have enjoyed my website.
Flagstaff, Az is my utmost favorite place to live. I met wonderful people there that I will always call my family. Then my father died and I had to move closer to my children so it was time to move on. I will always miss my dearest friends. When you go to Flagstaff seeing the stars there is like reaching out and touching them for the first time. When the clouds comes low on the mountain it is like your in heaven already. The mountain has made an impression on me to last my life time. God gave us such wonders to appreciate and enjoy to our eyes...
Moving closer to the kids and grandkids hasn't been all that busy for me. I guess you kinda ware out your usefullness in time. Seems family gets to busy now a days and they forget the elders. So anyhow I am trying to find some friendly people here that are fun, humorous and crazy like me.
I love going to the festivals, I'm a manic when it comes to garage sales. Love going to the goodwill stores and just looking to find anything that is useful. Some things never ware out there usefullness.
What do you know we got the Bushbaby Simon from "American Idol" residing at our zoo.
(American Idol fans learned last night the Milwaukee County Zoo is now home to a bushbaby (Galago mohol) named ?Simon.?)
How kewl is that? heck yeah i am going to go see Simon! ;)
I have believe many causes and I do have my opinions but then don't we all? I say if we all had the same opinions we all would be pretty boring. It is always refreshing to hear and see new ideas from our past, present, and future generations to come.
I as a person range from being Pro-life to saving Planet Earth, Breast Cancer Awareness, Autisum, Mental Illness, Our missing Children, Child and Spousal Abuse, ect... if it is good for mankind I am up for it. So if you by any chance swing by my blog and see some of my opinions it is just that. Everyone is entitled to vent their feelings my friend.
I love people and getting out exploring the city and around our city. I just need some friends to go with so it can be more enjoyable. I do not smoke, and very little do i drink. So hit me up and maybe we can arrange to hit few festivals, lunch or ect... in town.
I do love my pets, P.J., Jada, Abby, Snowball, and Charcoal. They make life interesting around the house when the others are away. There my friends and I love to watch them play and they do have their attittudes as well lol But then don't all children? Well there like mine.
I do love sorts of flowers and plants. I respect all nature and I do believe in the cause to save our Planet Earth. It effects all of us no matter how big, small, and all forms of life. We are all connected in the chain to exist as part of God's Creation.

The Enlightened Time
..
This is dedicated to my sons who are part American Indian, Cherokee to be exact on their fathers side. Hoping some day they get to know that side of them. For it is a spiritual side they will always remember and learn from inside them.
I love poetry ..and love to try to write...
As I sit upon the rocks overlooking the ocean before me...I see the sky in such blends of color that makes a perfect sunset...looking to see the meeting of the day to night upon the distance....I feel my heart beat...to the crashing sound of the surf against the shore, I see a sea gull flying upon the waters for food...and feel the wind in my hair and the breeze upon my face, tasting the salty air on my lips. I bend my head down closing my eyes to the peacefulness. As a tear escapes me as I rest my head upon my knees looking out....I realize.....As the loneliness disappears within myself I feel the warmth of something growing in side and feeling I belong here...I twirl around onto my toes, my hair blowing to the wind. I feel so free. Taking the sand in to my hands watching the grains slip through ... realizing that each grain amounts to something there upon the shores. Picking up a pebble skipping it across the waters causing ripples...I see each ring being part of life.....as I do in my life....such splendor for I have found you. I am not alone.
See no light at the end of the tunnel... all I see is darkness... Swimming in a pool of despair... no one there to reach out for, Sounds of anger filling my soul... drowning in pain to follow. Loneliness surrounds the air I breathe...no one there to care. As the tears rolls from my eyes... my eyes see no more.
Listening to their voices, experiencing everyone’s laughter, sadness, and loving words, Being able to enjoy the ones you love so dear to your heart, Loneliness can bring back sweet memories from inside each other. Your very essence brings life to me, hope for a new day to see. Waking up and enjoying these wonderful memories every morning.
Brings such love from inside me realizing how special you all are to me. We all shared such gifts with each other from inside each and every one of us. Some happy, some sad and some for advice or a shoulder to lean on. So please keep sharing more of your gifts to each other if not with me. Alone is really not a real good thing, take it from me by experience.
Loneliness is not being able to be with you all and to feel that strength, and love, That is how it is for me anyhow, for I don't see it just a moment in time wasted. I see it has my family, real people who I shared my life with, and my children with.
When you see this video hopefully this will encourage more people to reach out if there is a child suspected being abused...Please if you know of child being abused save their life report it...
The judge Sept. 10. 2007 ordered Raye Dawn Smith to serve the FULL 27 years in prison for enabling child abuse. Jurors in July found Smith guilty of allowing her then-second husband to abuse Kelsey. They chose the punishment of 27 years, Kelsey, 2, died on Oct. 11, 2005, at her home near Meeker. Doctors determined she died from abuse. Jurors heard testimony that Kelsey had been abused for months, suffering broken bones, bruises, a sexual assault and other injuries.
Kelsey, 2, died Oct. 11, 2005, at her home near Meeker after months of suffering broken bones, bruises and other injuries. (On October 11th, 2005 at 1:30 p.m., an Oklahoma DHS worker visited Kelsey for the last time. That worker said everything looked fine, about two hours later Kelsey Died)The tragedy exposed serious flaws in how the state protects children because, at the time of her death, both the state Department of Human Services and a judge were overseeing her care because of abuse allegations.Smith was convicted of enabling child abuse, accused of allowing her then-husband, Michael Lee Porter, to injure the child. He once was charged with sexually abusing and murdering Kelsey but pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of enabling child abuse after reaching a deal with prosecutors. He and Smith wed on April 18, 2005,Kelsey's father, Lance Briggs, (who was Serving in Iraq at the time of Kelsey's Death) called the prison sentence fitting. "I was relieved," he said. "What this was, right here today, was justice for my daughter."Many are pointing to Kelsey's death as as an example of how the judicial system and DHS fail to protect children. Kelsey died four months after a judge returned her to her mother, despite suspicions the mother had abused her.
