About Me

my names sam (for those of you who don't know me of course) i'm pretty chill. just taking life one step at a time, trying to figure out what i want to do with the rest of it. i'm going to mortuary school at Cypress, almost done with my first semester and i love it. i'm way into music, i play the french horn, which i'm trying to become more dedicated too.

My Interests

definitly music. both playing and listening. and giraffes! I adopted a cute lil' giraffe fetus from Fetusmart! Hooray fetus!

I'd like to meet:

people who are just as strange as i am, maybe moreso.even though lots of people fall under that category, i'm finding that most musicians are pretty out there sometimes. i definitly want to meet more of them. i have so much to learn. and for sure all my mortuary school friends each have their own quirks.

Music:

i've been playing french horn for almost nine years, though i dont practice much anymore, tis a shame. i've also picked up the trombone (i wanted to be in jazz band and there weren't any horn parts =/). i'm also really interested in other insturments. it's something of a goal of mine to be able to play a bit of everything.

as far as listening, i've got a spread, i love everything from Mozart to Metallica, and everything in between. i love everything. well, just about anyways.

Movies:

i love everything from classics like Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, to action-adventure-sci fi like The Matrix Triolgy. and musicals, those rock. not so much the fan of chick flicks though. but the best has got to be evangelion, awesome anime, watch it.

Television:

honestly, i watch cartoons. disney, nickelodeon...i love it. i'm also a fan of South Park, which belongs on neither channel. and of course the wonderful House MD. love that show. one day, i'm going to marry Hugh Laurie. and Neon Genesis Evangelion!

Books:

not as into books as i was in high school. but right now i'm stumbling through Harry Potter en espanol.

Heroes:

the people who help me with everything, and those who love me. which, incidentaly are the same people...
