Since its inception in 1999 to its most recent re-genesis the band has, with the unwavering determination of founding front man David Ryan De Vries and guitarist Ryan Glays, pushed its way onto the Canadian music scene and to the forefront of the Winnipeg music scene. Taking more than a year to record, at Bedside studios in Winnipeg, BREAKING POINT, the bands self financed, first full-length studio release, was completed and released in late 2003. Their debut is described as being deep and moody and having an unparalleled amount of energy, emotion, intensity and power. BREAKING POINT touches on issues ranging from hate to sex and everything in between, all helping describe the human condition as the group has seen through their own personal experiences. With the high quality sound of a major label release and well-crafted songs, Aerocar Model Four has given birth to music that is rarely heard or equaled when it comes to independent music. Following the release of BREAKING POINT, the band has continued to lay a solid foundation for itself, having radio airplay on local stations and College stations across Western Canada, headlining shows locally and as an opening act across Western Canada, playing with local and international touring acts. Aerocar Model Four Continues to grow in popularity and with its solid foundation laid and a newly solidified lineup, consisting of David Ryan De Vries (Vocals), Ryan Glays (Guitar), Matt Snell (Bass) and Kevin Swain (Drums), the band will be taking Their sound into the world, winning over new audiences and leading it into the new musical Era.
