MUSIC
That is what I am about.
If I sent you a 'friend request', I probably did so based on your music interests. If you are a band/artistthat I accepted, I guarantee I accepted your request based on the fact that I like your sound. If you're not mycuppa tea, then I probably won't add you, to simplify the style that I promote. ((Have the guts to request me.I'll probably add you.))
I love all things music. My favourite styles are Industrial, Electronica and Classic Rock. I love, pretty much, all music save for rap and country. I falter at the knees, at loud, undulating bass. I am powerless againstmelodic, rapturous male vocals. I think my wife best summed up my existence when she once said "you could neverTRULY be friends with someone who doesn't love music, at least, as much as you do."
Aside from music, my passions are my wife and our precious son. I study and practice Wicca ritualistically. Iam a nature freak. I think I've never been so content, anywhere in my life, as I am deep within the forest orhigh in the mountains. I'm not generally fond of wide, open spaces. I prefer to be in a close environment.((Not to be mistaken with being surrounded by many people, which I can hardly tollerate.))
If a person takes the time to get to know me, I am loyal to a fault. I tend to go through periods ofdisassociation, where I am all but nonexistent to everyone but my son and wife. But... I always return tothose who I genuinely love.
If you want to know me... then you'll KNOW how to get close to me. I'm a very hard shell to crack, but if youcan manage... you won't be disappointed.
Eternal Love,
Phire
Which Tarot Card Are You?
You are the Fool card. The Fool fearlessly begins the journey into the unknown. To do this, he does not regard the world he knows asfirm and fixed. He has a seemingly reckless disregard for obstacles. In the Ryder-Waite deck, he is seenstepping off a cliff with his gaze on the sky, and a rainbow is there to catch him. In order to explore andexpand, one must disregard convention and conformity. Those in the throes of convention look at theunconventional, non-conformist personality and think What a fool. They lack the point of view to understand TheFool's actions. But The Fool has roots in tradition as one who is closest to the spirit world. In many tribalcultures, those born with strange and unusual character traits were held in awe. Shamans were people who couldsee visions and go on journeys that we now label hallucinations and schizophrenia. Those with physicaldifferences had experience and knowledge that the average person could not understand. The Fool is God. Thenumber of the card is zero, which when drawn is a perfect circle. This circle represents both emptiness andinfinity. The Fool is not shackled by mountains and valleys or by his physical body. He does not accept theappearance of cliff and air as being distinct or real. Image from: Mary DeLavehttp://www.marydelave.com/

Robin Finck::
The most beautiful being ever born.
I would give just about anything to meet Robin Finck. I am utterly amazed by all he has done.He
has come full circle in the music industry at only thirty-five years old. Bands he has been a
part of include Prowess, Bat Your Lashes, The Hookers, Impotent Sea Snakes, Sick Muther Fuckers,
Sik Dik, Cirque du Soleil Orchestra, Nine Inch Nails and currently Guns N' Roses. Also, he played
lead guitar for the soundtrack to the movie "Ghosts of Mars". Additional to his expansive music
career, he has done multitudes of humanitarian work, traveling the world with various missions.
He has provided fellowship and entertainment at correctional institutions. He developed a series
of four t-shirts with his "ink-blot" artwork, that were sold on his website, the proceeds of
which were donated to charity. He utilizes guitar, keyboard, camera and even chainsaw as an
artistic medium. Not only is he a well rounded personality, he is a level head. On robinfinck.com
he interacts with fans through "Call and Response", basic question and answer routine. Call and
response goes both ways. The flock (fans) ask... Robin answers. Robin asks... the flock answers.
He posts photos and original artwork submitted by the flock on his website, as well as random
letters from flock members. He has done a phenomenal work building a personal relationship with
his fans, and with the world at large. Robin is my idea of a perfectly loving, open hearted human
being. Only meeting him could top learning about his life.
