The sunniest part of Norway :o) I moved to Baerum, Oslo in 1996 and have lived here since. I work in IBM as a European Operation Manager.My hobbies are drawing, painting, travel (far away), scubadiving, snorkling, downhill skiing, x-country skiing, photography - any models out there;o) ?, film, movies and of course working out.I lift weights 4 times a week, but currently a shoulder injury is preventing me for lifting too heavy on benchpress. I would like to get back to 350 punds in close grip benchpress when the shoulder has healed.I've also practiced martial arts since 85. I got my first black belt in spring 90 in Shorin Ryu Karate Do. I've attended some tournaments and won most of the ones I attended, but my priorities was studying though. As I at the time completed a 5 year education on university/college level. Major in Business. One term was in Orgon State University which was a great experience.I've instructed in fitnes kickboxing and 5 different Karate Clubs, and I am now practicing Shotokan in Tiger Karate Club. I like fancy kicking (used to do 4 kicks on a sandbag (in the air) before landing) BUT that was in younger and lighter days..I'm now more focused on full power and strong kicks, as I'm older and heavier... I'm also more interested in bunkai - with hidden teqniques as breaking a neck instead of a blocking movement etc, and I also like more realisitic self defence and streetfighting and have done some Kali and Krav Maga.Short presentation...2 b updated one day I feel like it ;o)Keep on Kicking..Those who are skilled in combat do not become angered. Those who are skilled at winning do not become afraid. Thus, the wise win before they fight, while the ignorant fight to win.
