Sandra Lyng Haugen attended the Norwegian Idol competition in Norway in 2004, and
went all the way to nr. 4!Sandra became extremely popular during Idol, and when she was asked to join rapper
Philip on the hitsingle "Sommerflørt" (Summer flirt), she immediately said yes!The single became a huge hit in Norway and ended up as no. 1 on the official sales charts.
Sandra's debut album was released in 2005 (produced by StarGate) and sold to gold in Norway, the whole
album was written in her native language, Norwegian.Her second single "I Morgen" (Tomorrow) went to no.2 on the official sales charts.Miss Lyng Haugen is currently working on her second album, also in Norwegian, and
the album is planned to be released in fall 2009.
