I was born in Port Jefferson New York and moved to So Cal when I was 2 years old, just 20 minutes away from hollywood next to a small town called La Canada. Famous residents of La Canada include Kevin Costner and Zachary Ty Bryan.As a youngster I was put in tap shoes and took jazz and ballet lessons. I was highly involved with the school choir and performed in production plays. I also joined a performing arts troupe "Showbiz Kids" where we sang and danced for churches and other events. In elementary school I played violin for 3 years and was coached privately for instrumental music.In high school I continued with my love of dance, drama and singing. I was in the acapella choir and was in two musicals in high school, "The Wiz" and "Little Shop of Horrors". I attended Crescenta Valley High School and I was involved with the drama's theatre workshop Pathway Productions held by Brent Beerman. I also kept my grades up and was in honors math, english and history junior and senior year.I continued to take my arts career more seriously by enrolling in college and taking music and acting classes. I got an agent named Janelle Starr when I was 19 and signed with her management company ISM Management , located in Beverly Hills. She saw something special in me and sent me off for commercial print and theatrical work. My first break was when I modeled for Anoname Jeans and then Wella Hair Products. I also was featured as a runner up in the model search contest held in Santa Monica ( Gotham Hall), hosted by Shemar Moore in 2003. I did an editorial cameo in FBM magazine as the featured model in 2004.I decided to part ways with Janelle in 2004 and then unexpectedly I got a call for the VH1 Song of the Year Contest in June of 2004 saying that I came in under "suggested artits" for my song "Release." Some of the judges included RCA records and Shelia E.I decided to enroll in Musicians Institute as a vocal student while training with coaches Katy Williams and Jon Sinclair. In 2006 I met mentor/producer James Lugo who really believed in my talent and encouraged me to record a demo/EP. He liked one of my songs so much that he decided to cast me in his upcoming tv pilot "Dr. Rock"(filmed by Steve Mellon of Amazing Race and Vanilla Sky). My Ep titled "Love Lies and Goodbyes" got tons of podcast plays and a good review. I also co-produced my own song "Hypnotized" of of the single "Hypnotic" in 2007. Currently I was on the "Tyra Banks Show" in Feb 2008 and you can see me this summer in Season 2 of "Foursome." I keep my time busy by regularly attending auditions and bookings. I look forward to taking the music industry by storm :)
