I am a licensed commercial real estate advisor for a national company, in the Industrial, Warehouse and Self Storage division. I also deal in multi-family as well.I have been an independant real estate investor for over 20 years, and currently still buy and sell property for my personal company, Shaw Properties, Inc.I am very outgoing and friendly, as well as busy and active. I do not drink alcohol, and although I was married for 16 years, I do not have any children.
I am a guitarist that regularly plays music with other musicians, if you know of a bass player that likes funky rock and blues rock, then put them in touch with me. I have some decent material if they want to play out or play in some of the open jams etc..............More to come later.
