I wanna give all honor and thanks to God 4 everything that he has done in my life, God is just that DEAL!!!!!!, I keep God 1st in all things. God is so good. As a small summary of my life, Those who don't know me, i'm a musician, born and raised in detroit, I've been playing drums since I was about 2 or 3yrs. old and God has really expanded my playing . I played @ my pop's church for 14yrs. then I started playing for other churches, and now i'm playing on the international level. It's all because of God that i've have been blessed to play many places with so many people. Some of the people I've shared the stage with, or played for include, The Clark sisters, Rev.Timothy Wright, Kim Burrell, Donnie McClurkin, The C.H. Mason Memorial Choir of the Churches of God in Christ world-wide, Bishop G.E. Patterson, Bishop P.A. Brooks, Judith McCallister, Lisa Brooks (my aunt), Bishop Dr. Iona Locke, David Williams and Levi, Imitation, Michael Brooks (my uncle), Darius Twyman, Pastor Marvin Sapp, JP and Seasons, Darrin Patterson & Promise, Pastor Larry Callahan & SOG, Pastor Rudolph Stanfield, Vanesssa Bell-Armstrong, Carnell Murrell, Min. Gayle Brennan, Marcus Bellgrave, Jazz Saxophonist-Randy Scott, James Carter also Ivan Benning. Dr. Charles Hayes & The Cosmopolitan Church Choir, a couple of secular artists, and there are many yet to come! I love to play drums because, music is my life. I listen to a lotta drummers, but yet and still, I have proven 2have my own sound. Playing the drums is a gift that God blessed me to have, among many other gifts & talents, and I do it all 2 God's glory. That goes to show that one of my goals in life, is to encourage everybody, especially the younger generations coming forth, to Take whatever God gives them and use it to the best of their ability!!! And while doing so , They will see when they begin to follow god's plan for their life, they'll always be successful. I'm a well-proven factor of that. God has really blessed me in many ways, countless times. I'm a person who loves everybody despite what the situaions are like. It is often said, I never meet a stranger,(LOL) which is true because I make contact with everybody, plus I like meeting new people because I know that I can give them something to encourage them, and lead them to a better life-style if neccessary. I really feel that's important because, yu never know what people go through in life, and maybe a simple wave, or a nice greeting, or even just a smile would make their day a whole lot better. In December of 2007, I started my very own Music Production Label Entitled, (BROOKS PRODIGY ENTERTAINMENT) Which will cater to all genre of music, that way people will have freedom to utilize the gifts that are stored up indide, Giving all Glory And Honor 2 God. My main goal is simply to reach the world @ all cost. I love what I do, and I take pleasure in it. I wanna give all Credit 2 God, but to my main supporters, I gotta appreciate my mother 4 being a real mother, to me and my brother's and my sister's. I love my momma :-), she is the all-time greatest, she helps me in countless ways, and I appreciate that 2the fullest!!!!!!! My brother kenny, man yu been my nigga 4ever, and yu are still my nigga on the drums. my brother kyle yu are the smartest nigga I know!!!! lol, yu just great!!! I love yu dude! and my road-dog kellen brooks, (K-KEYS!!!!) lol, dude yu are that deal on the keys, yu been helping me out a whole lot as far as music and stuff and just my daily walk with God, yu are a excellent example man, I love yu man!!!! and I thank God for yu man. PS. I think we are the hottest 2pc. band. lol. my brother Kary I love yu soooo much, and what can I say about my twin sisters, yall are just some amazing jewels!!!!! I love Yall sooo much!!!! :-) my grandparent are just the greatest!!!!!!! whether it's money or advice, or a hour long lecture, or even rides to the Bus-Stop!!!! so I can make my gigs!!!! LOL, they are a great help to me and my musical endeavors!!! and I thank God 4yu, most of all, the greatest church in the world to me besides my Greater Emanuel church family, Pentecostal Temple COGIC, (Bishop Isaac King Jr.) Pastor Sheard (uncle drew & aunty karen) they are just the greatest!!! and to all my true friends, we hang out and talk and chill and just have fun with each other, and most of all they are certainly everything a real friend should be, yall know who yall are, yu can't really say that about a lot of people @ all. I thank God 4my true friends, and just everbody who helps make my life better everyday. Well I think I summed everything up pretty good, if I 4got yu, charge it to my head & not my heart.
