Wicked by Gregory Maguire. Next on the list is Brief Interviews With Hideous Men then John Stewart's America. After that, Persuasion by Jane Austen. I adore Jane Austen and just read Darcy's Story which is Pride and Prejudice from Darcy's point of view written in the same style. It was lovely to read. Love Roald Dahl, don't care if his books are for kids. Time Traveller's Wife, Little Women, Othello, Desperation, Gerald's Game, Memoirs of a Geisha, A Million Little Pieces & My Friend Leonard (I couldnt' give a rats ass if he took some liberties. I cried), Green Mile. Just read Little Children. It was pretty good. Not a must read but good.
People who choose honesty over the easy answer. Single parents doing the job of two people (we have our issues but my Mom did a pretty good job). People who follow their dreams. My Grandma, who in her late 70's is sharp as a tack and kicks my ass at crosswords every time! Now she's trying to take me on in Sudoku... We'll see who comes out on top very soon!
