English actress, voice-over, television presenter and fashion model and make up artist. Nichola Theobald began her career in the modeling industry and appeared in a shopwindow worldwide campaign for French Connection and then went on to appear in many editorials in magazines including GQ Italia,Esquire and FHM. Following a second successful advertising campaign for French Connection her status as a model grew and she was featured in a variety of editorials in popular magazines such as Men's Health, Mixmag, Front, Loaded and Zoo. She appeared on the cover for the British feature file Triggerman which starred Pete Postlethwaite, Adrian Dunbar, Neil Morrissey, Donnie Wahlberg and Michael Rapaport. Following this, she was invited to Italy to do an ad campaign for "Kronos" in GQ Italia. On her return to the UK, Nichola began working in television to put her drama training to good use. Nichola's initial television work included appearances on John Calshaw's Big Impression, Sky One's "Max Magic" and the ITV gameshow "Love on a Saturday Night" hosted by Davina McCall. She went on to appear in a number of television ad campaigns which are still televised including an entire series of Wrigley's Extra idents for the youth-oriented television drama Hollyoaks. She has had speaking parts in a special television ad campaign for the special Wimbledon tennis colour supplement for The Guardian newspaper and in a commercial for Diamond Car Insurance for Girls. The Diamond Car Insurance advert proved so popular that her photographs were syndicated by Diamond Car Insurance for use on their website and as a key image in their marketing strategy including magazines and mailshots. Nichola has also starred in an extended series of television promotions for Sky Travel and has been the presenter of a series of infomercials for Cosmedicate and Lynnergy. Voice-over roles Voice-over roles include radio promotions for Sky Travel, Top Up TV and narration for a series of audio books of children's stories. Television roles Nichola's television acting credits include: Eloise in TV series Mile High, Emma Casey (the personal assistant of Eli Knox, played by Shane Lynch) in the long-running TV series Dream Team and Nell MacMuffin in a special edition of the children's show Basil Brush entitled "Celebrity Bushwhack" in which she played a parody of a British celebrity contestant who shall remain nameless. Nichola Theobald's most significant role to date was as Sherry, the personal assistant to a London vice-lord played by Colin Salmon in the television miniseries Trial & Retribution VIII : Blue Eiderdown. Throughout 2006, she has appeared regularly as a live interactive TV presenter for a dating show called "Text2Date" and as one of the hosts of the interactive gameshow Quizworld for SmileTV. She then had her first cinematic role is in an independent film entitled "Reflections in the Sand" which is due for release later this year. At the start of this year Nichola had a speaking role in Hollyoaks. Nichola played Nurse Roberts in the youth drama as well as currently being on the Wrigleys adverts that sponcer the show aswell!! Nichola is currently working as a model and make up artist until her next big tv role!!
