About Me

I am the drummer in Jusure. We're a heavy rock/groove-metal band based in Kendal, Cumbria. Recently described in a newspaper article as being 'Godless Cumbrian thrash merchants' and in an online review as 'A fine slab of metal from Kendal', Jusure aim to perforate the eardrums of as many people as possible via our amazing live shows and our new 5 track EP - Something Brutal...Something Beautiful.Cumbria is the wettest place in the world, so I spend part of my time working and the remaining time hoping it will stop pissing it down so I can go climbing.P.S. My Interests

I like playing music. I've played the guitar, keyboards and bass (not at the same time) in previous bands, but i've osmosed into a drummer for Jusure. Live music is chuffing great, but this is definately the loudest and most energetic i've been musically!I also love rock-climbing, camping, kayaking and most other outdoor sports with the exception of wind-surfing. Going fast (either downhill on a bike, driving in my car or in a kayak/raft on a white water river) is also good.

I'd like to meet:

Anyone interested in music, other bands and musicians, people who have been to our gigs, people who would like to come along. Anyone friendly!

Music:

Mostly influenced by 80's rock. Bon Jovi, Def Leppard, Aerosmith, Open Hand, Jimmy Eat World, Lacuna Coil, Matchbox 20, Funeral for a friend. I can tolerate most other types of music. Also into metal, love listening to live shows.
