Screenwriting, acting, photography, making cinema, All new media & digital manipulations that can be networked to unite like-minded people in the good-work of seeking after light to destroy ignorance & darkness (except good darkness, like psychobilly, surf-trash, industrial, punk & Goth music [except that synth-goth crap, well most of it]. I can find something to like in just about any genre of music... As long as it provokes e-motion, I'll probably love it, from classical (particularly Ravel, Ludwig Van, Italian Opera, & Motzart) to Punk Rock, .;Cinema; particularly German Expressionism, American Independent & French New Wave, especially Godard; I've been & still consider myself a filmmaker, & I'm currently into digital film making tools & still photography. I'm an avid reader of non-fiction & philosophy (except for my re-reads of Herman Hesse, Philip K. Dick, & Kurt Vonnegut's fiction), & have studied about every major religion/philosophy on this planet, especially those of the ancient far-east cultures, (I was a philosophy major in university, wound up with a double degree in philosophy & film production from U ofMiami.). I still produce music play drums & make films in Tampa. I have an experimental screenplay that I'm beginning to shoot in the church that I live in downtown Tampa. Also love surrealist art, particularly Max Ernst & of course the genius-madman that was Dali. Also love surfing, wake boarding, martial & peaceful arts like Jeet Kuno do, nunchuka, Tai Chi & variations n Kundalini meditation & Tantra.
I'd like to meet:
Martina Axen, Kat Bjelland (again), Other multi-media artists, environMENTALists, raw 'foodists', thespians, Quantum physicists & anyone else who'd like tohelp make a new breek of independent feature film about a bloodless REVELution to ransom what's left of the earth from the army of unconsciously consuming humans.. This film will help recapture Eden before its remainder is swept into the bio-accumulation vortex the humans have set in motion.. My screenplay is kind of like a post-modern, spaghetti western set in an 11 dimensional universe.. So join me & my pack of flying monkeys, drink the purple Kool-Aid, don't question my authority... I am Commander in chief... Commander of Nothing, Chief of Less. =- I'm only half joking, probably because there's just half a brain. Their is no purple Kool Aid, no flying monkeys (unless you have some you can lend), and I have no authority. I do however have a hyper-reality screenplay & peaceful REVELution in the works & fun on what's left of my mind. Check it out:
Apocalypse Near!
TTYL, E... A.K.A Mr.E, Eonity, EeriEEE, E-Pop, Elan Vital, PlenipotentiarEEE, E-Motion, D.J. Dope - E, and just plain - EEEEEEEEEEEE.

Music:
That's
my logo from my daze as a D.J. in So. Miami Beach.
K, I'm a musician, & me likee lots 'o music. Asking for favorites is too confining,
but I'll try. I'm mostly into fringe/kitschy stuff.. My musical taste changes
like items in a thrift store & contains many of the same cast-off kind of stuff
you can find in one. Herez stuff currently in heavy rotation in my CD & MP3
playerz for when I DJ to myself & whomever happens to be up in the diggs..
..Tomahawk, She Wants Revenge, The Makeup, Aphex Twin, Mesh, Shiny Toy Guns,Raveonettes, REAL psychedelia: The Pretty Things, Syd Barret era Pink FLoyd, early Kinks & T-Rex. For the dancing shoes I'm liking: Le Tigre, Placebo, The Killers, Pretty Girls Make Graves, U-Roy, Nick Drake, Daniel Johnston, Built To Spill, Foo Fighters/Queens of the Dtoneage, Olivia Tremor Control, (mixes nicely with Willie Nelson),
Jim Morrison's poetry, Sebadoh, Yo La Tengo / P-FUNK, Velvet Underground, Damien Marley,

Badalementi, & Sonic Youth (an all time favorite band that I hope I never
grow out of), Janes Addiction, N.I.N.The Transplants
Death Cab for Cutie,
Neil Young is back in my life, because he is still one of my favorite performers,
songwriters & guitarists, & now we are now not only brothers in the worship
of big rock-n-roll guitar sounds, but brothers in aneurysm
survival . Long may you run brother... Glad we're not broken
arrows, but still on the edge of a feather, expecting to fly. . I
wrote an article concerning aneurysms, Neil's music, & research about soil
depletion related to aneurysm stats, which you can read on my conscious
consumer website . I also often revert to early & mid-nineties rock
from Seattle because of a girlfriend I had there. Mudhoney, The Melvins, etc.
See a flick called "Hype" to catch that magical era of Rawk-n-roll.
I listen to a lot of electroclash lately, Roots Reggae-dub, Trash disco
is always fun, as is old punk,
& INDUSTRIAL, like Alien Sex Fiend, BauHaus, Love & Rockets, Misfits, Peter Murphy, Daniel Ashe, M.L.W.T.T.K.K, & the like..
Not to overlook Tampa's contributions to these genres! Genitorturers, Grim Faeries, Mind Static, Evil Mothers, & my old bands MediaWhore & Glitter Guns. I'm a sucker for any music that provokes e-motion.. Punk Rock(real punk,
not that Gap Punk crap), Real punk being - Dead kennedys, Minor Threat, Sex Pistols,
Sebadoh, Nation of Ulysses, Minutemen, CLASH, Replacements, Iggy & the Stooges,
Misfits, The Cramps, Ramones, X, Toys That Kill, Jucifer, Babes
In Toyland &, if your in Tampa, Flat Stanley, Auto-Automatic, Dukes of Hillsborough.. Big, Majestic distorted & detuned

some Prince, drum-n-bass, Roots/Rock & dub Reggae (Burning Spear, U Roy, Dillinger,
Black Uhuru, Sly -n- Robby, certain dance DJ's ( Spooky, Shadow, the Rabbit
In The Moon crew, The Orb, Tricky, Goldie ), Anton Fier & Golden Palominos (please
reunite!) New fav! - 16 Horspepower! Thanks to my divine friend Gen
for turning me on to them...
Me also likee either conscious hip hop, which seems to be in short supply these
days. I'm sick of rappers talking about their money, cars, chicks & dicks. All's
they are doing is driving a wedge between people instead of uniting them for a
positive purpose. How about getting back to the conscious, spychedelic hip-hop
like that of early NY uptown crews like Digable Planets, KRS-One & Boogie Down
Productions, De La Soul, Wu Tang Clan, & of course the forefathers of conscious
Hip-Hop - PUBLIC ENEMY... Chuck D needs to straighten some heads out. I feel OUTKAST
is one of the few conscious crews left. I like some DMX, Snoop (since he's now
turned from the dark side of the force), Jay-Z (that's one funny brother. I'm
waitin' for the new from the Hip-Hop scene, because it's soundin' pretty tired
lately. Until then I'll stick with cutting edge CyberPunk & ElectroClash jams.
And I will never stop digging the Butthole Surfers.. Hairway
to Steven 4-ever. ADDITIONALLY, I also have a fondness for late 30's & 40's Jazz.
Put on a scratchy Coleman Hawkins record, or some Billie Holiday, or Big Band
composers like Duke Ellington, Count Basie & the like, & I melt into bliss. When
I can't sleep, there Miles Davis "Quiet Nights." Also lovw 50's vocal rock & Motown..
Go figure.. I'm all over the place. I have no addictions except music & pretty womenz.
All right, geez, enough already.. Shut up E.
Movies:
I'm a film school grad & creenwriter / filmmaker, so there's lots. Idiocracy (most important film of the decade), Dark City, Performance, Sin City.. I alternate between the extreems of serious cinema & culty, B-movie flicks. I can go from a Russ Meyer to an 80's John Hughes flick to an Akira Kurosawa, or Ingmar Bergman movie with equal bliss. Fav directors: Nicolas Roeg, Fellini, Terry Gilliam, Jean Luc Godard, F.F. Coppola (his wine & his movies), Francois Truffaut, David Cronenberg, Martin Scorsese, Kubrick, John Hughes (no kidding) 16 Candles is partly my autobiography ), Sergio Leone, The Departed, , Mean Streets, Johnny Got His Gun, Riders Of The Storm, Performance, The Misfits, Dig!, Velvet Goldmine What The Bleep! F.W. Murnau, Fritz Lang - ' Destiny ', American Independent & French New Wave, particularly Godard; Samurai flicks, particular Kurosawa & Kimiyoshi, Zatoichi, Sanjuro.. When I saw "Kill Bill" it was like watching a rerun because I had seen all the flicks that Tarantino amalgamated in making it. I've been, & still consider myself a filmmaker, & I'm currently into digital film making tools. More fav artisans - DAVID LYNCH, Oliver Stone, Kenneth Anger, Ken Russell - (see 'The Devils', 'Altered States'), And ALL of Orson Welles flicks, Tony Scott, I dig anime, I especiallylove Lynch's WILD AT HEART... When I do Karaoke, I always do my best imitation of Nicholas Cage imitating Elvis singing "Love Me". I also love Vampire flicks! The Hunger being my fav.., Innocent Blood, Nosferatu, Dusk Til Dawn, The lost boys, etc. But my absolute fav. vampire flick is the one I wrote & will make after my "Apocalypse Near" trilogy. More favorite flicks - Fight Club, Clerks, Slackers, My Own Private Idaho, ARIA, There's Something About Mary, Koyanisquatsi, Say Anything, Dead Man, From Hell, (Johnny Depp has a knack for picking films & I love the whole body of his work in cinema. , Kevin Smith - Dogma', The Royal Tennenbaums, Richard Linklater, Quentin Tarantino, I better stop there, 'cause I'm a 'cinematic' maniac. I consider Cinema as the solidified thought of the human noosphere... And if that's the case, we're in trouble with all these damn J. Lo flicks. Jim Morrison had a really good understanding of were cinema lives & breathes in human consciousness. I recommend Jim's poetry books even more than The Doors. Now stop reading this, & get back to making the movie that is your life. Don't just watch, particiCREATE.
Television:
KILL YOUR TELEVISION! I want to keep what's left of my mind, so I don't watch much, 'cept for some Adult Swim, The Sundance Channel, IFC, and any live music that I can find OR any off-beat documentaries because truth is stranger than fiction. I'm dusting off my film-chool degree & writing something that I think is an entire new genre. Anything to kill that mind numbing shiznit they call reality T.V. I watch the news when I feel like getting really pissed off or laughing really hard (usually at the same time).
Books:
Aldous Huxley's "Island". For psychedelic experiences sans injested substances: The poetry of Baudelaire, Verlaine, Will Blake, Rimbaud.. My favorite book is also my favorite movie (Steppenwolf, by Herman Hesse, followed in close second by another book movie combo: Slaughterhouse 5 by Vonnegut). I'm an avid reader of non-fiction (particularly books on quantum physics (Dr. Michio Kaku's Hyperspace is a good entry into this realm for anyone who wants to know what's really going on out there & in there).. Also read lots of philosophy & the works of William Blake, EE Cummings), I have studied about every major philosophy & religion on this planet (and a lot of fringe ones too) Particularly Studied ancient far-east cultures (I was a philosophy major in university). I dig Robert Anton Wilson, Jose Arguellos, Gregg Braden, Carlos Castaneda; Hunter S. Thompson made me love reading, writing & and partying at the same time, Aldous Huxley, Alan Watts, Teilhard de Chardin, G.I. Gurdjieff, Ken Wilbur, Anthony DeMello, Terrance McKenna, The prison epistles of St. Paul, J.G. Ballard, Any ancient texts from the dawn of man's consciousness, especially the Ramayana, The Qumran texts of The Essenes, The Tao Te Ching. Other loves: A Season in Hell/Illuminations, Faulkner, Wordsworth,, Dante's Divine Comedy, , John Keats, de Balzac, Faust, (read the last 2 simultaneously for added effect. It's like watching OZ with Pink FLoyd.. I just re-read Siddhartha & enjoyed it even more than the first time..
Heroes:
Most of my heroes are artists & scientists who contributed etheral energy to humankind that has kept us more psychically attuned to love rather than hate. I could include nearly every sage of the ancient world here (except Mohammed the murderer), but it's modern artists like : Vonnegut, Man Ray, Aldous Huxley, Rauschenberg, Warhol, William Blake, James Joyce,Goethe, & certain other writers & visual artists that I think can be more effective at reaching modern humanity. Anyone who would sacrifice of themselves to further peace & symbiosis with universal laws & love is a hero of mine. Hunter Thompson was an iconoclast hero of mine until he shot himself... Same thing with Mr. Cobain. They could not survive the dark night of the human soul. I know that when I thought of killing myself after my biocomputer got taken apart, I reached the conclusion that I did not make this life, this body, this mind, this soul, therefore it is not mine to take. That's what makes suicide murder. My heroes are those who've had every excuse to kill themselves but did their number one job instead; which is to live... They lived & they persevered & sacrificed much so that we could crap all over this planet and cry like King Babies when everything doesn't fit our convenience. Live to deserve victory I say... Fight like a brave, don't be a slave. Some more of my heroes, Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, Abraham Lincoln, Gandhi , JFK, Nikola Tesla, Stephen Hawking, The Bastards of Bastonne, Winston Churchill, Thomas Aquinas, Hellen Keller, James Madison, Saul of Tarsus become Paul, John Adams, Buckminster Fuller, Patrick Henry, Chief Seattle, Thomas Jefferson & President Al Gore.. In the universe where justice reigns he is president.
