About Me

Aqua was born in New York City in 1982 and raised in Los Angeles. By seventh grade Aqua was an accomplished drummer and guitarist. He marched in his school drum corps and went on to make a name for himself as one of the LA school circuit's most sought after deejays. During which time he acted as a member of the Heavyweights record pool. An inherent entrepeneur, it didn't take long for Aqua to realize that he would rather be creating records. Aqua bought his first MPC during his senior year in high school. Upon graduating Aqua went to Loyola Marymount University where he continued to cultivate his craft as a producer by majoring in recording arts. By sophomore year he was scoring The George Lopez Show for ABC. During this time he formed a friendship with Kanye West and went on to sell his first beats to Beanie Sigel. His first release "My 1st Song" was on Jay-Z's multi-platinum selling Black Album. He has since produced for Freeway, Nicole Wray, Tony Yayo, Youngbuck, Lil' Scrappy, Styles of Beyond, J-Rock, Obie Trice, Samantha Ronson, Shawn Anthony, Earl Hayes, Wale, Marie Digby, Murs, and Peedi Crack. Aqua has recently formed Wonderland Music and is currently looking for aspiring producers or artists. I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4 Wonderland Outpost Demo Reel
