Cyril Palacios, a.k.a Cyphonix has been on the cutting edge of producing and composing dance club music since 1995. His productions include remixes for numerous artists and their labels such as Warner Bros., Maverick, Geffen, Hypnotic, Moonshine and others.
Industry panelist by day, when night falls, Cyphonix has been featured in live performances at Billboards Dance Summit Chicago, NY & Atlanta, at WMC Kenetic Records Y2K Hi Rise Party in Miami and throughout New Yorks hottest dance clubs. A series of Cyphonixs original Dance music compositions have been licensed for the 2004 The 5th Element DVD special edition.
In 2003 Cyril was appointed as club technical consultant in a pilot project for DTS (Digital Theater Systems), which included the creation of the first ever, dance club mix in DTS 5.1 surround sound for London's Ministry of Sound. During this past year, Cyril arranged and mixed a 5 min dance music piece called "Paradise" on the latest audio mixing tool from Fraunhofer, Germany called iosono.
