Quirky and incorrigibly scatty British-born mixed-Asian (Concoction of Peranakan and Thai, although the language aspect of my Eastern heritage is completely lost on me, much to my parents' chagrin) Exhibitionist, full-time Wife / Mother, and sometime Model / Writer / Designer, currently based in Lancashire, UK...A bit of a Geek-Chick, and definitely a Mad Cow (Mooo! Kekeke...No kidding, I suffer from BPD...er...that's the Personality Disorder, not Bi-Polar), with the ability to spew absolute crap at times, absence of alcohol notwithstanding. Still, all hope is not lost...Have been known to engage in witty and intelligent conversation, even with creatures possessing less than four legs. Also affectionately nicknamed Li'l Firecracker, Babbie Wasabie, or Lille Eskimit (reason is obvious in one of my pics...Yeap! That's me in that eskimo coat as usual!) by some, on account of size (I..m very petite, about 5'2'' / 5.5 St / 32AA-22-33 in case you're a Photograher) and er...other character attributes best not mentioned (particularly those that are highly volatile). However, 'Charme' will get you a better response...Also the proud mother of a gorgeous Eurasian little girl by the name of Oracle Zhouyi (pronounced 'Joey'), who's now 6, and beloved of David Gregory! You're quite welcome to join the madness at my CYBER RESIDENCE - www.charmainlee.co.uk - where you'll probably end up with a Single to Bedlam (Once in awhile, the contributors run amok, but our psychotic displays are usually short-lived. Oh dear, that was hardly a big selling point, was it?)...You'll also have to be aged 16 or above as it contains some NUDITY and blogs of CONTROVERSIAL nature...So get your rodent clicking. Go on...I DARE YOU TO!!!

+++CALENDAR GIRL VOTE+++

I'd like to meet:

Individuals from all backgrounds, preferably female, preferably around my age, and most definitely someone with cutting-edge flair (Yeah, you'll have to be 'edgy' enough to rival all 147 corners of the Nurburgring! So nerr!!! :-p )...I'm just out for honest friendship. Take note: I'm in a happy long-term relationship, and have absolutely no interest in any romantic or sexual encounters (unless it involves no one else but my other half). Thus, I will not appreciate being chatted up by ego-harvesting, braincell-deficient primates. It makes no difference to me whether you are male or female...Any pathetic flirting ventures will receive the full blast of my verbal rebuke and trust me, my substantial literary ammunition is most DEFINITELY a force to be reckoned with...However, if you do not fit in the above-mentioned category of inbred wankers, I'll be happy to chew on any bytes you send my way...*Cheeky Grin* Oh, and please sign my GUESTBOOK at my CYBER RESIDENCE, 'k? Ta vewy mooch!

| NEWSFLASH |
[again]

Just to let you peeps know, I've performed a cull on my Friends' List.

After 3000 or more adds, it was starting to become a mess,
so I decided to do a bit of spring-cleaning.

Since I'm too much of a lazy biatch to edit page after page,
I did a bulk delete instead.

Unfortunately, my trigger-happy fingers may have got rid of more than was necessary.

(SORRY SORRY!!! Please don't shout at me!)

The only exceptions I have made are for bands which I support,
individuals or groups I've worked with (or will be working with),
Second Life / gaming chums,
those who keep in constant contact with me,
and people I actually know in the physical world
(either relatives or friends from way back before MySpace even existed).

Anyone else who wants to be added on will just have to
make that extra bit of effort to get my attention.

PS - Regular exchange of correspondence would help,
including a fair bit of warning before you plaster my face on your add-list!

~ THANKS FOR GIVING A SHIT ~

Music:

I do not 'play favourites'...My taste in music is eclectic and depends largely on my state of mind at the time....When the music calls, I have to answer... whether in dance or in song...I don't often listen to Chart music, R&B, Or HipHop, and have a penchant for Vintage, Classical/Opera, Jazz/Soul, New Age/Ethnic, Alternative/Indie, Drum & Bass, Ambient/Trance...

Movies:

The preferred genre depends on my mood although I have a tendency to gravitate towards period films, musical productions, PROPER kung-fu flicks (none of that flying from rooftop to rooftop business) and anything that's not too 'mainstream Hollywood'. I do enjoy quite a few old films (Eg. Audrey Hepburn stuff) and arty non-English cinematic feats...Anything original really.

* i see blurred pixels *

Television:

Er...Which channel? Which country? Are we talking 'Digital' here?? Oh no! Don't make me choose PLEASE I'm begging you! Actually I'm not THAT bad...TV is something I can live without as long as I have sufficient books to stimulate my 'portable hat-rack'.

"Don't look at me...
...I'm shy!"
- Some silly bird on TV
...Don't you people ever watch Titty Bang Bang? :-p

Books:

Apart from poignant tales like The Time-Traveller's Wife, The Conjurer's Bird, and Story of K, I love books by Anne Rice, Roald Dahl, David Eddings, Raymond E. Feist, Phillipa Gregory, Stephen Fry, Jean M. Auel, some of the well-known classics (Little Women, Gone With The Wind, Shakespeare, poetry by Plath/Blake/Elliott/Marvell, To Kill A Mocking Bird, Of Mice and Men, The Crucible, most literature by Victor Hugo, Dickens Etc), and stuff by Asian authors like Anchee Min, Salman Rushdie, Catherine Lim, Etc. I also have to sheepishly confess I'm a fan of the Harry Potter series. Most read genres include Historical (both fiction and non-fiction), Cultural, Sci-Fi and Fantasy...In fact, I'd devour just about anything I can get my hands on, even the Dictionary!!!

Heroes:

Hmmm...I'm assuming we're talking about real people here, and not imaginary characters? Without a doubt, MY hero is David Gregory, my beloved other half...Without him, I would be nothing...On the big screen, Bruce Lee and Jet Lee hold the aces as Martial Art experts. Jack Bauer, Dr Who, Spike, and Willow are particular faves on TV. As far as comic superheroes go, I am a big fan of Phoenix aka Jean Grey, Gambit, and I absolutely loved the new Spiderman movies...They have become the ultimate classics!!!
