Solidarity. The Webster definition is as follows a union or fellowship arising from common responsibilities and interests, as between members of a group. Solidarity. A group of five guys that embody exactly that, a love for music and the open road.
Working swiftly and with no assistance, the band began booking DIY tours and writing extensively, which eventually lead to the self-released full length, Changes Are What Bring Us Home, recorded by Jared Logan of 7 Angels 7 Plagues fame. The album deals with the harshness of growing up and the path that every young person walks when finding themselves. With it's release, there was no slowing down for them as they continued to tour the country for the next year and a half straight.
As the band began writing new material, they found a greater influence in the music they grew up with, such as AFI and Saves the Day. Finding stronger writing, more melody, and better song structure the band embraced the direction their new material was taking. So far, they have crafted six songs with more in the works. Garnering a more rock orientened style, the band continues pushing their music to new audiences. Having gotten this far on their own, Solidarity is hoping to finally find a label they can call home.
