Insignia started out when Danny met Juan in guitar class. Although theycame from different musical backgrounds they complemented each other’s music well. They now needed adrummer and Danny had been playing Metallica and Megadeth songs with Rod for about a year. After about20 min of the three playing together they knew they had something special. Now the public needed toexperience Insignia so they joined the Myspace community and had an enormous impact. In just 4 monthsthey had over 10,000 friends.
Playing their first show at Hard Rock the crowd was really impressed with Juan's heartfelt vocals,Danny's guitar virtuosity and Rod's solid drumming. Insignia knew they could take this music muchfurther then they had ever dreamed. The band has gone through many struggles to keep that dream alivebut they always manage to stick together and stay on course. Having different musical tastes anddifferent perspectives on life give their music a unique feel and sound. Being influenced from Gospel toMegadeth this is definitely a band to look out for.
