About Me

Fourteen years online now and nine years as a web designer / developer / SEM / Net Marketer.
I occupy a very unique position; in that I can design, I did the art school thing, I can code, I've been doing that since I was a kid, and SEO / SEM is childs play, I've followed the growth of the search engines and I know exactly what works and what doesn't.
I understand Net marketing and how almost every company with a website is building it wrong. ;)
When I first got online there were just 3000 sites! There are now over 80 Million sites and 1 Billion people and counting ..!
In my time as a designer / developer I've hand built, 50+ client sites. From single page only sites to huge database driven e-commerce monsters and I've picked up a few tricks in that time; you want bespoke Flash, video, audio, music (I'll even write you some), a database, CMS etc. on your site? No Problem. :)
Much of what I do now is Net marketing. I've been working from home, or wherever I choose, for the last seven years. ;)
To add to this, along the way, I've also developed a couple of software products; Pay Per Click Software , to help you manage, edit and format your Adwords keyword lists fast and easy, and Ad Injector , which will inject Adsense into the 'hotspot' in hundreds or thousands of article pages fast.
I have a number of sites that run on autopilot to bring in a residual income through Adsense, affiliate schemes and lead generation. And I have newsletters here's one; Adwords Tips , that'll give you some unique advice on getting the best out of Adwords.
On the flipside I do site design / development / Net marketing for a few select clients. I no longer advertise this service or my web design company for that matter, I don't even have a site for these services anymore. There's no need. :)
Outside of practically living online. I like to travel, I was away numerous times last year, Barcelona, Rome, London and Abersoch (North West Wales) I go there quiet a bit.
I love music (I've been working with a talented unsigned band), a good book, a great film, good food, good wine. Oh and a good drink down the pub. ;)
I could go on and mention my painting, music making and parachuting. My 8 years at Glastonbury Festival (before the BBC and Channel 4 ruined it by introducing it to the mainstream) and lots of other festivals (Reading, Phoenix, Love Parade Berlin), I've slept with the stars as my ceiling many a time.
I've done some heavy Clubing at the Hac, Megadog, The Herbal Tea Party and the original Acid / Techno parties.
Then there are my plans to buy an island! And of course the book... but I'll leave it at that for now. ;)
Thanks for stopping by!!
Add me to your friends now if you think we have something in common. ;)
BTW, if you message me or comment me and you don't get a reply it's not deliberate. It seems many of my messages back get sucked into the MySpace vortex never to return. :(
