Sean done everything from being an artist to a general manager of a label. He started his career as an artist in the group 7A3, signed to Geffen/MCA Records (the 1st rap group signed to a major record label on the West Coast).He subsequently moved behind the scenes, first securing a position with Immortal Records / Buzztone Artist Management, followed by a move to a major recording label. He charted a successful path in the industry serving as a promotion executive for several major labels including Interscope Records, A&M Records, and EMI Records.Sean started Mum Mum Music to provide artist development, label development, A&R, and consulting services. Clients have included such major labels as Jive, Dreamworks, Arista, Interscope (Aftermath & Shady), Virgin, and Antra.Mum Mum Music is committed to their clients. Along with his partners Brett Bouldin and Jesus “Malverde†Gonzalez they have formed an entertainment division called B&G Entertainment. B&G has been signed by Machete Music and are preparing the launch of their first artist Malverde (All Spanish Hip Hop) and building prestige and recognition through their efforts in the Latin Music arena.To Broaden his horizon's he journeyed into television, where Sean was the Music Supervisor for a television show -Dance 360 as well as the talent coordinator for an MTV pilot called The Cypher, both produced by Claude Brooks. Dance 360 has been picked up by UPN through Paramount Pictures. He currently is an executive heading the Rap Radio Promotions Department at TVT Records; home of Lil Jon, Ying Yang Twins, Pitbull, Lumidee, Yo Gotti, Teedra Moses, Keke Wyatt amongst others...In his “free time†, Sean speaks on various industry related panels and seminars including the Biz-Music seminars and the Coca-Cola/Apollo traveling classroom series. Sean also volunteers his time to Youthscore Edutainment Inc.-a non-profit organization geared toward providing positive alternatives to at risk youth; and the AEC (Artist Empowerment Coalition) which protects the rights of artists.
