As he was in the music since his young age, from different directions like hip-hop, pop, r'n'b, in 1995 he steps into electronic music by choosing trance as his favorite sound. Aki started his DJ carrier in 1997 by forming the INTELLECT organization along with DJ Vlada and very soon he becomes one of the leaders of the trance scene in Belgrade. In 1998 he meets Eli and together they bild up the Species project. After years of experimenting with different styles of psy-trance the project evolved and managed to make a recognizable Species sound. This resulted in releasing a series of singles for EtnicaNet, MP Records, 3D Vision, and an album for EtnicaNet (Groove Dont Come Easy). As a Dj and Producer he played all over the globe: Portugal(Zambujeira Dance Festival), St.Petersburg (Optical Matrix), New York(Alladin Project), Japan (Solstice), Canada(Tech Safari), Croatia (UWOG), Greece, Slovenia, Italy (Psy Carneval)with the biggest names on the trance scene (X-Dream, Joti Sidhu, Dino Psaras, GMS, Tristan, Etnica, Skazi, Christof Drouillet, Dimitri).In 2005 He formed Ultra Groove Records,and together with other artists from Serbia(Digital Number,Soundformer,Prosper,Pion..) relesed V.A. compilations such as Electric Juice, Nucleus, Bad Company...I edited my profile with Thomas' Myspace Editor V4.4
