SOUNDFORMER is DJ Lakac (Ivan Lakovic) born on april 1982. in Smederevo, Serbia, now Belgrade based. He started to show interests in electronic music back in 1996 and discovered trance music as his choice in 1997. Soon after he begane one of the builders and the pioneers of Smederevo’s trance scene as an organizer and promoter. Lakac had his first dj experience in 1998 and two years later he formed Soundform electronic movement organization, now the biggest trance organization in Smederevo. At the begining of his career before Dj-ing he showed interests in music production… In 2001 he started radio electronic show, which has run for 5 years on radio "S" as top electronic magazine in this part of Serbia. He continued to promote the scene and organize trance events and had a pleasure to be the host to many world famous djs and artists. In 2006 Lakac formed SOUNDFORMER project and joined Ultra Groove records as Dj and producer. Now presenting groovy trance music, mostly full on with groovy basslines and hard and well recognizable melodies. Lakac played along side with all the significant names of Serbian music scene as well as with lots of worlds famous artists (Joti Sidhu, Dino Psaras, Christoff Drouilete, PTX, Atomic Pulse, SUB6, Domestic, Bizzare Contact, Species, Alt+Ctrl...). Nowadays, together with his Dj interests, he is gaining his own music production and music stile trying to his music sounds just a little bit better then groovy perfect.
