Club xLagoom

Groove Music Ltd. is a company established in December 2003. G.M. is a product of hard and continuous work of artists in the music production and dee-jaying area.
The very first steps of today’s organization have been made back in 1995 when domestic Dee-Jays gather together to work with G.M. artists on “Red Star arena” located on Kalimegdan. Since then various manifestations have been managed by the same group which has made a significant influence on Belgrade’s music scene.
Furthermore we shall mention the most eminent events: “Positronic Brain Party” July 1995 Kalemegdan, “Hypnotic Dance on planet Lishka” 1996-Kalemegdan, “Naitije Party” 1997 Film City-Kosutnjak, “Etnica Party” 2001-Kalemegdan, “X-Dream” 2001-Kalemegdan, “Xperiment Party” 2002-Kalemegdan, “Intellect Birthday” 2004- Old Airport, “Christof&CPU Party” 2004-Top Night, “Son Kite Party”, 2005-Top Night, “Hallucinogen Party” 2005-Kalemegdan, “DJ D-Nox Party” 2006- Planet Bigz and many other.
As regards to music genus “Groove Music” has been defined within Trance and Progressive music. Both of the above-mentioned genres, Trance and Progressive present electronic music established in 1980-ies and are the very product of the new generation’s stream. Expansion of Trance and Progressive can be also explained as inevitable dynamics and development of new technologies. This bound is very visible and it has been getting stronger ever since.
In 1990 this new wave phenomenon arrived in Serbia. Despite constant media negligence Trance has managed to obtain a strong place in Serbia’s electronic music scene. Trance and Progressive foundations have been set and strengthened for the past 10 years in order to expand and introduce multicultural society as well as to enrich international relations, exchange experience and knowledge between young and enthusiastic generations.
Following European and World music scene, various manifestations have been managed together with G.M group and as a result we have introduced today’s most eminent names of Trance and Progressive music to Serbia: Joti Sidhu, Max Lanfranconi, James Monro, Astral Projection, Tsuyoshi Suzuki, Mark Allen, Talamasca, X-Dream, Wizzy Noise, Delta, Dino Psaras, Tim Schuldt, Kox Box, Skazi, Astrix, Ofer Dikovski, Son Kite, DJ Beckers, DJ D-Nox, DJ Anti, Hallucinogen, Christof, CPU .
G.M. is the founder of “Ultra Groove Records” and it’s main task is to provide the protection of intellectual property as well as to promote music products of various artists via media means.
In cooperation with “Arabesque Distribution” from London, two albums have been released so far: “V.A Electric Juice” and “V.A Nucleus”. More then 3000 copies have been distributed and sold worldwide.
Since October 2005 till 2007, ”Groove Music” has organised parties in the club “Planet Bigz”. More then 400 squared meters of space have been arranged in order to provide the Serbian Trance scene with quality indoors program with the most prominent names of Trance participating continuously (Resident DJs: Buca, Stole, Aki, Max, Vlada, Dovla, Slavko i Dya.....
DJs from abroath: Max Lanfranconi, Joti Sidhu, D Nox & Beckers, Dino Psaras, Anti, Piter Digital, PTX, Atomic Pulse, Altom, Young, Son Kite, Shanti,Talamasca, Astrix, Bizzare Contact and some of the well known progressive artists…
But, since October 2007 “Groove Music” has started to organise parties on new location, in the Club :: xLagoom :: // Zeleni Venac //Svetozara Radica br.5. Starting this sessone in the club you can see almost every weekend some DJ from abroath.
G.M. manages concerts as well as clubbing events where local and foreign DJs entertain Belgrade’s Trance audience.
G.M. has a role of connecting young and enthusiastic local artists with foreign Trance and Progressive scene.
G.M. acts as the innovator and guardian of Trance and Progressive world’s scene, for Belgrade is given the opportunity to enjoy the latest releases of most famous DJ’s Europe and World know today.
