I like all types of music and blends, but I really dig my ol'school house shitz. I love my revolutionionary/politcally concious shitz like: dead prez, Gil scott Heron, Westside Connection,NAS ,Immortal Technique.Alltymerz for me would have to be: 2pac, Ice Cube, E-40, Spice-1. for good music check out the hot mixx 5 or DJ alan "baddmixx" boyd, he's got a my-space account. House it up! And, check out the videos!!!
Movies:
Panther, Zoot Suit, El Norte, Geronimo, I would say Malcolm X but that flick got watered down alot, you're better off reading about Malcolm.I really like the scene from resevoir dogs where dude just dumped on the law without hesitation. Out-cold! I like comedies alot, too many to name.
Television:
It's POISON, put your bullshit glasses on and you will see. I check out discovery times, history, national geographic are some of my favorites. I keeps my B/S glasses on though, so I sees right through the metiras.
Books:
Right now, I would like to find a place (outside of my apartament) where I could kick back and read. Revolutionary Suicide by Huey P. Newton and if you're lucky enuff to get a copy at a decent price-hold on to it cuz it's out of print, Night Vision by Butch Lee and Red Rover(THIS BOOK KICKS ASS!)-Quotations from Mao Tse Tung AKA "The Little Red Book" cary it in your pocket everywhere. Yo Soy Joaquin ,fo sho!
