Models Meet and Greet Conference 2007Policy, Regulations and Release form1. Each participant is expected to pay the full amount during all registration periods. This is non - refundable; unless due to Mainstream Productions LLC failure to uphold their part of the agreement. Mainstream Productions is not responsible for any difficulties that occur before, during and after the event that may hinder any participant from arriving or being a part of the Models Meet and Greet Conference. Therefore monies will not be refunded.2. If any participant are suspected to be under the influence of any uncontrolled substances such as drug paraphernalia or excessive amount of alcohol before and during the event and actions results to uncontrollable behavior will be asked to leave the venue. Be advised monies will not be refunded.3. All participants are expected to be on their best behavior. Therefore no one will bring any form of weapons to this event; if so participants will be asked to leave the venue and Mainstream Productions will reserve the right to have the involvement of police enforcement. Mainstream Productions is not responsible for any occurrences due to (accidents, stabbings, shooting, health factors etc.) Or any related problems that may happen before, during and after event.4. Mainstream Productions LLC reserve the right to alter or change any policy related to this particular event with or without notice.By payment you have agreed to the contents of this form. Each participant agrees to each policy implemented by Mainstream Productions LLC and will abide by these regulations. All participants acknowledge they were informed of all policy and regulation regarding this event and by no way will hold this compilation of companies liable for any occurrences that happen during this event. All participants also acknowledge that they were not force by any means to sign this form or participate in this event dated for February 8, 2007. By payment all participants agree that this indeed will stand as a legal and binding contract and that Mainstream Productions LLC.
