However, satisfaction and excitement is what always comes into play when anyone indulges into Scarbone’s work of art.Steven Glover A.K.A Scarbone was born June 24th, 1980 in Chicago, IL. Growing up in a family of mostly women Steven became accustom to the beautiful world of R&B. But like most young boys, becoming like the next Michael Jordan was in Steven’s mind. As time passed and Steven became a teenager his musical curiosity came knocking at his door.“I knew I could sing, but I decided to put it to the test on the ladies. Next thing I knew I was in my first R&B group. Lol†– StevenThis R&B group Voices of Soul, is where Steven discovered that his musical talent stretched a bit further than his vocals. Steven has a talent for writing. He wrote Voices of Soul’s first song “Tonight,†which they performed at Aurora West High School. Now if you asked the ladies of the neighborhood Steven had a talent for performing. The stages of local showcases, and high school talent shows is where Steve’s charisma and charmed shined. Like many teenage groups the teens became men and mutually decided to go their separate ways.Although Steven was no longer a part of a group, his desire for music didn’t go anywhere. Steven began singing and recording solo and had had his first neighborhood hit single “Chocolate Delight.†Steven now deemed the alias Scarbone displayed his writing and producing skills, but also revealed a hidden talent he could rap.“I knew my brother was something to be reckoned with when people I went to school with were singing his songs.†– Jessica GloverNow residing in Aurora, IL Scarbone has been established with local groups A.P.E, and became a significant member of the rap group Citi Choppas. With this group Scarbone has performed at venues with hip hop artist such as Chicago’s own Crucial Conflict, Huey, Gorilla Zoe and poet Red Storm. Scarbone has also written for local R&B groups and produced music for solo rap artists. Scarbone has networked himself into the business and is now ready to peruse bigger goals and make his name in the industry.Although Scarbone is an unsigned artist, he has a solo R&B cd, highly popular: It’s Tyme. Scarbone is now half of a hip hop group I & S. I & S is in the process of releasing their highly anticipated album: Da Project. Scarbone is also involved with the production group Moked Out Production and promotional company Wild World Inc. Scarbone is building up his street team of artists, writers, engineers, business majors and producers. His goal is to widen this music production, cd sales, airtime and showcases.Scarbone has established himself as a vocalist, lyrist, ghostwriter, production engineer in other words an all around entertainer.“My envierment is my greatest tool in helping me get known as an artist.
