Henrik is Keyboardplayer in Miss Behaviour and manager of the label Midwinter Music.
This is me as known by Sebastian GustaFsson from my band Miss Behaviour;
Henrik Sproge, together with Erik Heikne co-founder of Miss Behaviour, is without a doubt the band's musical engine. Even though all of the members contribute in their own ways, Sproge has been the main composer for the creation of the upcoming album. Influenced by such bands as Rainbow, Journey, Magnum, Yngwie J. Malmsteen, Judas Priest, the music is bound to be grand and melodic and thankfully also infused with a great amount of hit-potential. As production has progressed I've heard more and more influences from film score composers Hans Zimmer and James Horner. Whether this is a sign of things to come or just a little flavour remains to be seen. Apart from being a great composer he has proven to be quite the able-handed lyricist as well. Just take the semi-cryptic "Midwinter sleeps" as an example. Originally Sproge handled both the drums and keyboards for Miss Behaviour but after recording "Give us the world" he chose to focus on the keyboards. A wise decision indeed!
Like all of the guys in Miss Behaviour, Sproge also has a bizarre sense of humour which makes rehearsals all the more fun. He's also been known to provide me with alcohol on the occasional dry night and that makes him a hero in my book. On a more personal note he lives together with his girlfriend Anna and when not caressing the keys for Miss Behaviour he works as junior accountant at a funeral agency. If that's not "true" I don't know what is!
