About Me

I'm an Iraq vet, bass player for The Last Straw, business man, athelet, gemini. I don't brag boast or beg... or at least when I do it's because I've been pushed by a boasting cocky individual that has gotten on my nerves. I can be underestimated or misunderstood because of my calm, quiet, aloof nature. I believe actions speak louder than words. Man should look in instead of out. I'm slow to catch fire but I burn white hot. I'm caught in the ongoing process of change and evolution. If you stay the same you're short changin yourself. But basically, I'm just L-I-V-I-N! Peace.

My Interests

I love and play music, I'm a pure bass player that can drop a line to anything you want... If I'm feeling it that is. Check out my bands on my top friends, G.O.G., Disengage Fate, and my current band The Last Straw. I love sports and play a little basketball, soccer, volleyball, do some jujitsu, wakeboarding.... Give me stick, bat, racket, ball, puck, glove, whatever... I'm on it. Go Cards, Go Blues, Go Titans, Go Preds, Go Spurs, Go Mizzou!!!!

I'd like to meet:

My brothers from the same father but different mothers, Jesus, Mohammed, Buddha, and the scientology dude, so I can hear for myself what they were REALLY sayin, or smokin in some cases. Anyone that can help me develop and reach the next level. Any chicks that have Marilyn Monroe quotes all over their page. While I feel for the lady, I'm curious as to what's so cool about going down as one of biggest objects ever and dying deppressed and alone under the sheets with no one to talk to? I'm in to all types of music from Jazz to Reagge to light or goovy Metal. Not into country so much except for a few folks like Hank and Hank jr., Johnny Cash, Willie and Waylon Jennings cause they're so gansta. Just a few of my favortie bands are: Beastie Boys, Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, KRS One, Sublime, Chili Peppers, 311, Primus, Zepplin, Skynard, Modest Mouse, Ben Harper, UGK, Tribe called Quest, Medeski Martin And Wood, Black Sabbath, Public Enemy, Jamiroquai, 8 Ball and MJG, Mos Def, Beatles, Outkast, Cream, Rage, John Lee Hooker, Muddy Waters, Coldplay, Coletrain, The Doors, Old Gov't Mule, Charels Mingus, Miles Davis, Deftones, Incubus, Pink Floyd, STP, Tool, Smashing Pumpkins, Jimi Hendrix, Radiohead, Blind Melon, and on and on and on.

Movies:

Any Clint Eastwood movie, Outlaw Josie Wales, Heartbreak Ridge and Unforgiven are particular favs. Any movie where Brad Pit or Chritian Bale plays a crazy or slightly off dude, The Big Lebowski, Raising Arizona, No Country for Old Men, or any other Cowen Brothers Movie, Four Rooms, Fear and Loathing, all war movies, etc...

Television:

Love cartoons, adult swim rules!! MTV or VH1 so I can gage the decline, ESPN, love the history channel, discovery channel, early Entourage, Kalifornication, Real Time with Bill Mahar, Lou Dobbs, Glen Beck.

Books:

Of Mice and Men, the Lord of the Rings series, Jaws, the Bible as a reference not the end all be all, Everything You Know is Wrong, The Brain Revolution, Rise to Globalism, and this large english book and my general psychology book I kept from class years ago.

Heroes:

The one and only, Gee-O-Dee (and uh, your god is my god), Mom, Les Claypool, John Paul Jones, Leon Wilkinson, Flea, James Jamerson, Peter Schmiechal, Clint Eastwood, George Bush(NOT!!!!), Jackie Robinson, Ali, Bob Marley, Ozzie Smith, Willie Mcgee, David Robinson, and anyone who's truely found fullfillment and happieness in life.
