S6X of S7V7N is a hip-hop group based out of San Jose, Ca. Originally named DoomsDay they changed the name quickly after picking up Re-Search, who would inspire them through his knowledge of hip-hop as well as his spirituality and motivation. The group consists of Disbelief, Denial, Ill-Composure, Iron Slaughter, and Re-Search. S6X of S7V7N or 6/7 has different meaning to everyone in the group but mainly means GOOD and EVIL. GOD and The DEVIL. EQUALITY OF GOD. There’s no denying that together they bring forward devastation of Biblical proportions. Bringing that raw sound and lyrics reminiscent of such groups as Wu-Tang, Non-Phixion, Jedi-Mind Tricks and Public Enemy. Speaking on subjects such as politics, religion, and most importantly reality. In the summer of 06’ they dropped street classics “Rise Up”, “Take it Easy”, “Warriors and Champs”, and Iron Slaughters “Sleepwalker Remix” to rave reviews Most of 07’ has been spent sharpening their skills in preparation for 2008’s debut album “Godless America”.
