Here is how it all began for me:
I grew up surrounded by Calypso music and as soon as I could walk I began singing to my dad prerecorded songs I made earlier that day.
As I got older I began creating my own dances for my sister and her friends and, even though back then it was called 'ruining records', I was even scratching with my Disney albums!
Later I had a succession of two bands of my own-Dragon's Flyte and then a studio project with a friend of mine that we called Parthenogenesis. In both bands I cowrote several song lyrics and wrote many of my own lyrics (which I continue doing today even though I've no band. It is my life blood. To stop would be to die. I don't know how to stop!)
After those bands broke up-the former due to rifts, the latter due to other things in life-I got into gophering, roadying and photography for bands. I did roadie work for so long it also is so second nature that around bands I tend to fall into it naturally unless I think about what I am doing. LOL!
From there the natural evolvment seemed to be what I do today-promoting and managing bands. I DO do SOME booking but usually only with a band I already have a solid working relationship with.
Business wise I like to consider myself easy to get on with.
I am fair but tough.
I love to play but know when to take the kid gloves off and get down to business.
I will be 'one of the bois' as long as things run as they should. They do not, I get all business and tough (yet still fair) if I must.

I'd like to meet:
I'd like to meet anyone that believes in any of my bois, anyone that follows the same dreams and pursuits.
Any fans of alternative metal that want a taste of 'new blood'.
Any similar, or even goth/punk or glam bands, musicians (or fans) (as I work with them too).
Artistic sorts but do not let the above stop you-friends are best when varied. Everyone is more the richer for them.
Anyone or anything I can promote and love promoting! I call them my bois or my grrls because I am not in it just for the money-I really care about my bois and grrls.
An artist of any sort-music included- is not at their best if they are not happy and I consider part of my job, part of my love of the job, to be there for them in any way needed-not just as agent but also as family.
On a personal level:
Friends. One can never have enough of them.
Aside from that -
Someone I can hold deep talks with but also be silly with from time to time,honest, loyal, communicative, a bit adventurous,be able to make me laugh and like traveling.
Someone that can be my equal.
Being a musician or at least understanding the music world is a plus for I will not deal with jealousies nor possesive controling.
I am not looking for anyone that claims to be these things and is not-I have had enough of those.
Mmmm..I seem really partial to the exotic,drummers, eccentric personalities,exotic looks and it seems my general 'type' are of Western European, Scandinavian or hispanic decent as I seem immeasurably drawn to those looks time and time again but I do not limit myself to that as the good of a person is in their personality first.

Not much for TV but here are some shows I have/do like: X-Files, Family Guy, Rebel Billionaire, King of The Hill, Simpsons, Aeon Flux, Red Dwarf, The Young Ones, all Star Trek including and before Next Generation, M*A*S*H, news shows, history or nature ..aries on NOVA or National Geographic, Will & Grace, She's with Me, (yeah, all my favourites get cancelled) Gilligan's Island, The Addams Family, Dragnet, (the TV show), My Favourite Martian,The Amazing Race...this is all I can think of so far. Will add more later.
Books:

My writer's block is over and I am finally back at my manuscripts so go check them out! I welcome comments either here or at the blog just remember this is my first attempt at a novel! Fallen Stars and Shattered Dreams
Horror, history, biography or auto biography especially if of the great minds of the world or music, Laurell K. Hamilton, Martin Riccardo,some fantasy but not many, scientific issues, books on planets and space and rocketry in general, Grisham, Crichton, Dan Brown, natural history books, Richard Feynman's papers and books, the upcoming book on him by his children, anything on Nickolie Tesla or Einstein, books on other cultures, books on other languages and I probably missed some since I tend to be a very voracious reader but will add those later. Also a good one.

There are many people I admire or hold much respect for or whose mind totally intrigues me, of whom I would or would have given anything just to sit and talk with a few moments. Not quite heroes but definatly a special mention.
