About Me

This record label was established off of $ 257.32 in august 1999 by Tha Unknown Soulja. The label started off with 3 of the most artistic young men in the area. It was first named Tru Playa Records the label slowly prospered well for about three months. Although the label itself was doing well, many female fans kept questioning the CEO about the title of the label, wondering in fact if they are actually Tru Playas. Due to many complaints by the female fans (which are avid supporters of the label) was renamed Illest Intertainment, Illest meaning the sickest group of music artist. While regaining respect with the female fans, the newly named label progressed exceptionally well even from where TRU Playa Records left off.
