And so finally it is time for some new tracks on the player... I've been being a bit creative this year (so far) and trying to do some new material for people. Here's where I've got to as of May 2007...
'Maybe Stay' has uber-mate Terry Ronald writing and singing on it. Again, Mr P Harris developed the track with me (Paul and I are almost a creative force to be reckoned with, you know). We banged this one out really quickly which means I didn't have time to agonise over the kick drum for eight days and completely destroy the atmosphere and creativity in the studio. And so I think this one is a return to vocal house for me (dear God, how many times will he try and return to vocal house....?)
'Mouth To Mouth' was done by me, Terry and Paul. For once I've resisted the urge to speed it up to a poppers-on-the-GAY-dancefloor level of hysteria. But only just. A bit slinky and sultry this one... or maybe just catatonic. Although I think it's one of the better things Tel and I have written.
I'm working under a new solo electronic guise too (www.myspace.com/kensonmusik). The Kenson page even includes my first official (ie paid for) remix in the last six years. So if you can't get enough of my love action here, you can now go to other pages where more tracks are available to clog up your bandwith. PS: The old biography that was on here has been moved to the blog 'cos there's no time to write anything new just now and I need to do the ironing.
Here's a sample of a new record I've done with Paul and Terry... it's being released under the name 2AM...
