About Me

As far back as I can remember I always wanted to be an Artist. I had very little choice, sometimes our destiny chooses us. I started out drawing the art 4 T-shirts and Frazetta of course. Then I drifted into Forensic Art (drawing a sketch of a criminal from a witness description) in '93 (long story). Headed to South Florida in '03 to airbrush bikes. Spent some time workin with Sonny De Palma (Ratfink and Airbrush aficionado). Opened my first shop with my long time childhood friend Mike but the big C took him in the Spring of '04 way too soon. He's missed everyday. Life goes on...I came back to Philly (more focused) to catch bad guys (and girls) with Forensic Sketches and to paint up a storm...Literally ! My favorite things are Ratfink (a small green rat from the '60s usually shown with hot cars and even hotter chicks), Choppers, Smart people, Monkey business, Art in the Renaissance period and Fun. I'm described as loyal, opinionated, stubborn, wild and nutz. My job forces me to see the evil in the world. So in my spare time i'm real laid back. Drawing, painting and creating rocks me. My Interests

the Obvious, also riding my Chopper (I built it). Wish I had more time to ride. Kustom Kulture, (lowbrow art) stemming from SoCal, and older Birds..(heehee)

I'd like to meet:

any Artist (music, acting or fine art), cool people and dreamers. I know alot of people, but am really picky about who I'm close to. As most of us are. I would have liked to have met "Big Daddy" Ed Roth (Ratfink creator) and Von Dutch (Father of pinstriping). These sites are cool cause they shrink the world but be honest when you represent. And "V" of course....remember the fifth of November... ..

Music:

Classic Rock, Marley, Zepplin, Joplin, Thorogood, Sublime (when I paint or draw)

Movies:

All gangster movies, Pacino and Deniro are Kings. Goodfellas, V for vendetta, Ratfink and friends (animated....duh)

Television:

Any Bike or car show, Cris Angel (Mindfreak), anything Forensic, some Reality shows (try one their addicting).

Books:

Billy Lane..Chop Fiction, I am Jesse..Jesse James, any instructional manual (airbrush, Paint or repair) Easyriders, the Horse BC and Auto Art

Heroes:

"Big Daddy" Ed Roth, Jesse James and Von Dutch were all pioneers in their respective fields. It's so easy to blend in and copy others, but forging ahead alone, against the grain, against mainstream america takes pure balls and guts. I soooo respect and model myself after these people.
